Had to be ther worst stay I’ve ever had there, uncomfortable bed, unclean sheets, very noisy room, cold shower and even the sink leaked when I was shaving causing wet socks before work, what a joke!

The room was ok, didn’t love the slanted ceiling which made me have to constantly be careful not to hit my head. The shower head holder was broken so you have to keep holding it to shower. The heater worked well, room was always toasty even in freezing weather. Daily housekeeping is offered but I wish they would provide “do not disturb” signs, as I was woken up everyday of my stay to open my door and say “no thank you” to the cleaner, which was terrible for me as I have sleep issues and having my sleep disturbed everyday ruined my experience.

The staff very pleasant We did onow about the £100 security deposit, , this is the only hotel I know off in the UK that takes one. The room was run down and badly needs a refurburb. The room was comfortable and clean.

Front desk staff abroupt and rude. Parking can be difficult, if there isnt any space you will need to look on a side street. Room was small could be updated, bathroom is more of a shower room not suitable for larger people the shower was over filling due to the drainage so the shower had to be turned off to allow the walter build up to go down before finishing your shower, towels could be bigger but that os a preference. We was woken up by staff banging the door wanting to clean our room an hour before check out.

When I realized this hotel was 28 miles from Stansted Airport, I wanted to cancel the reservation. But I was told I would forfeit the cost. I used a Garmen to drive to this address, but it took me some 30 minutes to find it, due to the crowded, narrow streets. I felt like I was driving in a city in Asia. Staff said I should park my car in the basement, but It took some 20 minutes to back out, with 2 staff members helping. The room was clean, but I would not recommend this hotel.
