克兰布鲁克酒店

網上已付全數房費，出發前也跟酒店溝通好到達時間，但到埗後付過按金後，才被告知沒有房間，首晩被安排到離車站步行約20分鐘的另一間酒店，該酒店門外掛著的房間比我們預定的價格便宜約30%，該酒店位置偏僻、陰暗，門外公園有很多露宿者，早餐地點沒有保安，早餐時更被黑人瘋子騷擾。

We arrived Cranbrook Hotel, Ilford at about 6 pm and was transfer to PremierLux Serviced Apartment that every thing was very good. We were very satisfied and highly recommend PremierLux Serviced Apartment to all.

早餐有驚喜，款式多又好吃。近火車站，但離地鐵很遠要走20分鐘。以倫敦住宿來說價錢平，性價比高!

We stayed in a family room, the heater was ok but they used electrical water boiler, so sometimes the water became cold

1.The room is located outside of the hotel. 2.No parking lot. 3.The room cannot be locked. 4.The carpet is dirty. 5.Breakfast is good.

The hotel takes around 15 mins walk from TCL station. It's not as convinent as I thought if you have one large luggage and one large back pack with you. :/ I wasn't so familiar with London area, that's why I booked Ilford area. Well, it takes 40 mins to the city centre still. The wifi is slow, I don't use their wifi instead of my wifi egg. :/ The carpet of the room looks dirty and wet because of the humid. Bathroom is the best area though. Shower is nice. Well, if I come to London again, I would definitely not coming back.

For whatever reasons, please do not downgrade your clients to an inferior hotel without any compensations! I paid ten, but only got five!!!

位置在London underground 的 zone4. 出車站也要行20分鐘才到酒店. 早餐還可以. 我們住的房間不在主樓區, 要走出外到後面的另一房屋區.中間是隔著停車場.

everyday cleaning up the room, nice breakfast. i will give 10/10 to the hotel staffs.

Large clean room . Comfortable bed. Friendly and professional staff . Good value budget hotel . Would stay again

When I realized this hotel was 28 miles from Stansted Airport, I wanted to cancel the reservation. But I was told I would forfeit the cost. I used a Garmen to drive to this address, but it took me some 30 minutes to find it, due to the crowded, narrow streets. I felt like I was driving in a city in Asia. Staff said I should park my car in the basement, but It took some 20 minutes to back out, with 2 staff members helping. The room was clean, but I would not recommend this hotel.

The housekeeping service was good and the staff were well behaved and professional

Hotel was clean nice size room quite rooms refreshed daily close to town centre.

It was my teenage daughter and my self. Attending to a family wedding near by. As we walked in to our room. My daughter felt she couldn’t breathe. Some strange smell. Very small room plus lots of furniture. We felt claustrophobic. My daughter was very upset wanted leave and wanted me to book a hotel elsewhere. It was getting late in the evening. We just used the bed to sleep. Sheets had some kind of stained. Just couldn’t wait to leave the hotel. Spend time with family members in their home. Not BB again.

Nice clean hotel Parking is an issue limited space.

I booked for one night stay on my check in receptionist askd for £100 security deposit which I don't understand why, room was smells of some kind of cleaning chemicals smells so strong i couldn't sleep all night, on my check out a lady on the reception said the refund of £100 will take 7 days to get in to my account, very disappointed,

It had a very enjoyable stay at the Cranbrook hotel, the staff are so welcoming and kind and its such a cosy vibe, generally a comforting experience 😊

we received a warm welcome at reception, and also all of the members of staff we met were very friendly. the room was basic but clean, also cleaned during our 2 night stay, which we weren't expecting, everything worked as it should. A parking permit was issued and parking was very secure. Hotel about 10-15 minute walk to the train station with many shops and restaurants in-between. They don't offer breakfast but the lady at reception pointed me in the direction of a hotel a few minutes away where being a guest here allows you to get a breakfast there for a few pounds. We chose the Cranbrook because of its cheap price and close to a tube station. All in all for the price you pay it was well worth it

Overall nice enough place to stay, only negative was the bed was extremely uncomfortable bjt aligned with the price ultimately.
