最高に美しいホテルでした。一歩ホテルの中に入ると青々とした緑の庭と異国情緒溢れる建物が調和し、鳥のさえずりが絶えず聞こえてきて、本当に楽園のような空間でした。お部屋もスタッフさんのご好意でアップグレートしていただけて、部屋も文句なしの素晴らしさでした！フナ広場まではかなり距離があります。ホテルの割にはレストランや商店が沢山あるのでご飯には困りませんが、毎日気軽に広場や街の中心に行きたい人には不便かもしれませんが、異国情緒あふれるホテルでのんびりしたい人には最高だと思います。

施設、特に庭園、邸宅が素敵でした。 空港送迎サービスについては、依頼メッセージに対して返信がなく落ち合う方法わからないまま利用できなかったのに、配車したからと200DHの支払いを迫られたことだけが非常に残念です。

マラケシュ散策に疲れて、ホテルで休憩すると ホテル内中庭のプチオアシス（結構広い）や そこから聞こえる小鳥達の囀り、ホテルの外と中では別世界で、すごくリラックスできました。

The location and hotel were perfect for our visit to Marrakech. The accommodation was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights - it was a real oasis within the city walls but also felt very authentic. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. A little gem of a hotel, in an ideal location. It won’t look like much from the outside, or when you enter the reception, but inside it’s an adorable oasis. It’s only got about 36 rooms so it’s not too busy, and this means you’ll soon recognise all the staff who are just really friendly. From the pictures, you might think the pool is a little sheltered from the sun, but it’s not really the case, there is plenty exposure to the sun, or you can sit on the other side and get a little shelter from it. From now on, this will be our go-to hotel for Marrakesh.

Beautiful Riad close to the famous Square - calm with incredible staff and gorgeous bedrooms. This was a complete 5 star oasis hidden from the noise and energy of the Medina. The pool was a bonus and the bar and restaurant were fabulous

C’est pour moi la meilleure adresse à Marrakech. C’est la 4ème fois que vous y retournons, et c’est toujours le même enchantement , dès les portes passées , nous nous sentons à maison . Les chambres sont magnifiques , le personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner très bons et variés, je vous recommande aussi le hamman et un massage sur place, ainsi que de tester leur restaurant que ce soit le midi ou le soir .

Beautiful place to stay - comfortable, quiet, clean, nice meals, lovely swimming pool and gardens, roof terrace with views over the medina towards the Atlas mountains.

If they fix the lobby which is your first impression & do a little deep cleaning here and there it could be 5 stars. Friendly staff, service sometimes slow…great food in restaurant, sweet shop owner. Easy adjustments to be excellent.

Dear Sir or Madam, We very much enjoyed our stay at Jardins de la Medina — the hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. However, we were quite surprised to be charged €75 per night for our son’s small bed. The hotel showed us the message they sent to you informing you about this additional charge, but unfortunately this information was not communicated to us beforehand. Had we been aware of this extra cost in advance, we may have reconsidered our stay at this hotel. We would have appreciated being informed earlier, as this unexpected charge significantly affected our final bill. We kindly ask you to clarify this situation. In addition, given the lack of prior information and the inconvenience caused, we believe a compensation would be appropriate and we look forward to your proposal in this regard. Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.
