最高に美しいホテルでした。一歩ホテルの中に入ると青々とした緑の庭と異国情緒溢れる建物が調和し、鳥のさえずりが絶えず聞こえてきて、本当に楽園のような空間でした。お部屋もスタッフさんのご好意でアップグレートしていただけて、部屋も文句なしの素晴らしさでした！フナ広場まではかなり距離があります。ホテルの割にはレストランや商店が沢山あるのでご飯には困りませんが、毎日気軽に広場や街の中心に行きたい人には不便かもしれませんが、異国情緒あふれるホテルでのんびりしたい人には最高だと思います。

施設、特に庭園、邸宅が素敵でした。 空港送迎サービスについては、依頼メッセージに対して返信がなく落ち合う方法わからないまま利用できなかったのに、配車したからと200DHの支払いを迫られたことだけが非常に残念です。

マラケシュ散策に疲れて、ホテルで休憩すると ホテル内中庭のプチオアシス（結構広い）や そこから聞こえる小鳥達の囀り、ホテルの外と中では別世界で、すごくリラックスできました。

Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.

Its beautiful. We loved it. Trees and pool. Clean pleasant room. Incredible staff who can speak all languages and so nice and helpful.

A quiet Riad in the south of the Medina. Staff were quick to make us feel very welcome with tea and choice of pillow scent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beautiful pool is heated and provides a welcome rest from the hustle of the city. Although the Riad is beautiful the staff are the biggest asset. We will return, thank you

Haben eine Oase der Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit gefunden. Geschmackvolles Ambiente - sehr gut gepflegter Garten und Hotelzimmer. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Team.

We stayed in a solarium room which was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was very good indeed and the spa experience was also fantastic. A lovely tranquil retreat from the madness of Marrakech!

Relaxing gardens & pool make this a gem

The location in the medina is just what we wanted being in the old part of Marrakech. The hotel garden surrounding the outdoor restaurant and swimming pool was an oasis of greenery and calmness. The staff at the Reception Desk, Restaurant and bar were all extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative was our Superior room. We chose this room based on the pictures on the Expedia website which were the newly Refurbished rooms ours was not and was rather dark shabby. Although kept very clean it was not what I was paying for and it did not spoil our holiday in Marrakesh. I believe the price of the room should reflect what you are actually getting.

It was a nice place to stay for four days. The area around the room and dining area was very nice, lots of nature.

Séjour incroyable, les yeux fermés vous serez accueillis comme jamais vous ne l’avez été. Toujours l’attention particulière que l’on a besoin, et le personnel est d’une gentille incroyable.

Other than convenience to major attractions, it was an average hotel. The ambiance was nice but the property showed signs of aging. Some of the restaurant staff were unfriendly but others excellent. Hit or a miss.
