Great little breakfast, fantastic bar staff and waiters. Really good food at the hotel restaurant for lunch and dinner. The location is pretty good with the main marketplace being walkable. Very traditional feeling in a good way! But... The room was outdated and looked nothing like the photos - our shower leaked every time it was used. Sun bathing towels weren't replaced as we needed to use them to prevent the shower from leaking. Reception staff felt rude, abrupt, and weren't helpful to resolve replacing towels, making inappropriate comments, arranging taxis without telling a price before getting in (which is a must in Morocco to ensure you don't get ripped off). Gym equipment is very outdated, especially the rowing machine. When we arrived, we were asked what sent to select to be sprayed on our bedding, a really nice touch, but unfortunately, I don't think the housekeeping staff sprayed anything as we didn't notice. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean or fresh feeling. At best, this is a 3 star hotel with some facilities. The restaurant staff were great and made for a very enjoyable experience, the pool was great to bath in during the heat, the food was very good and the cocktails were good. But, there's a lot to be said about the points above.

The location and hotel were perfect for our visit to Marrakech. The accommodation was so relaxing after a busy day seeing the sights - it was a real oasis within the city walls but also felt very authentic. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. A top class hotel in an amazing city. Thank you

A little gem of a hotel, in an ideal location. It won’t look like much from the outside, or when you enter the reception, but inside it’s an adorable oasis. It’s only got about 36 rooms so it’s not too busy, and this means you’ll soon recognise all the staff who are just really friendly. From the pictures, you might think the pool is a little sheltered from the sun, but it’s not really the case, there is plenty exposure to the sun, or you can sit on the other side and get a little shelter from it. From now on, this will be our go-to hotel for Marrakesh.

Beautiful Riad close to the famous Square - calm with incredible staff and gorgeous bedrooms. This was a complete 5 star oasis hidden from the noise and energy of the Medina. The pool was a bonus and the bar and restaurant were fabulous

C’est pour moi la meilleure adresse à Marrakech. C’est la 4ème fois que vous y retournons, et c’est toujours le même enchantement , dès les portes passées , nous nous sentons à maison . Les chambres sont magnifiques , le personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner très bons et variés, je vous recommande aussi le hamman et un massage sur place, ainsi que de tester leur restaurant que ce soit le midi ou le soir .

Dear Sir or Madam, We very much enjoyed our stay at Jardins de la Medina — the hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. However, we were quite surprised to be charged €75 per night for our son’s small bed. The hotel showed us the message they sent to you informing you about this additional charge, but unfortunately this information was not communicated to us beforehand. Had we been aware of this extra cost in advance, we may have reconsidered our stay at this hotel. We would have appreciated being informed earlier, as this unexpected charge significantly affected our final bill. We kindly ask you to clarify this situation. In addition, given the lack of prior information and the inconvenience caused, we believe a compensation would be appropriate and we look forward to your proposal in this regard. Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.
