C’est pour moi la meilleure adresse à Marrakech. C’est la 4ème fois que vous y retournons, et c’est toujours le même enchantement , dès les portes passées , nous nous sentons à maison .
Les chambres sont magnifiques , le personnel très accueillant, petit déjeuner très bons et variés, je vous recommande aussi le hamman et un massage sur place, ainsi que de tester leur restaurant que ce soit le midi ou le soir .

If they fix the lobby which is your first impression & do a little deep cleaning here and there it could be 5 stars. Friendly staff, service sometimes slow…great food in restaurant, sweet shop owner. Easy adjustments to be excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jardins de la Medina — the hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent.
However, we were quite surprised to be charged €75 per night for our son’s small bed. The hotel showed us the message they sent to you informing you about this additional charge, but unfortunately this information was not communicated to us beforehand.
Had we been aware of this extra cost in advance, we may have reconsidered our stay at this hotel. We would have appreciated being informed earlier, as this unexpected charge significantly affected our final bill.
We kindly ask you to clarify this situation. In addition, given the lack of prior information and the inconvenience caused, we believe a compensation would be appropriate and we look forward to your proposal in this regard.
We look forward to your prompt response.

Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again.

A quiet Riad in the south of the Medina. Staff were quick to make us feel very welcome with tea and choice of pillow scent. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beautiful pool is heated and provides a welcome rest from the hustle of the city. Although the Riad is beautiful the staff are the biggest asset. We will return, thank you

We stayed in a solarium room which was one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed in. Breakfast was very good indeed and the spa experience was also fantastic. A lovely tranquil retreat from the madness of Marrakech!

The location in the medina is just what we wanted being in the old part of Marrakech. The hotel garden surrounding the outdoor restaurant and swimming pool was an oasis of greenery and calmness. The staff at the Reception Desk, Restaurant and bar were all extremely friendly and helpful.
The only negative was our Superior room. We chose this room based on the pictures on the Expedia website which were the newly Refurbished rooms ours was not and was rather dark shabby. Although kept very clean it was not what I was paying for and it did not spoil our holiday in Marrakesh. I believe the price of the room should reflect what you are actually getting.
