Aunque nuestra habitación no tenía buena vista, estaba muy cerca del restaurante, playa y Alberca. El hotel tiene muy buen servicio, en la playa es muy bonita, aunque nos tocó con mucha piedrita

We absolutely loved our stay at The Regis. Beautiful, well maintained facilities at a private beach, as well as located in a secluded area. It was quiet, peaceful, perfect for relaxation and recharge. The food was one of the best ones I have had! Their spa was wonderful as well. Above all, the service we received was top notch! My only complain is, our vacation days were too short lol— We didn’t want to leave! :)

It is 4- star resort.Suna & stem room extra $40 per person . It was ok .

The room itself was adequate. The one feature we did love was the outdoor shower. However, the lighting in the room was extremely dark, and despite booking a full ocean-view room, our view was largely blocked by a pool umbrellas with only a very limited glimpse of the ocean. During our stay, multiple events took place that shut down key areas of the hotel, including pools and restaurants. This significantly limited dining and amenity options and should have been clearly communicated in advance. One wedding, located close to our room, was exceptionally loud for over eight hours and had a major impact on our ability to relax and enjoy the day. It felt more like a Vegas-style event atmosphere than a tranquil resort experience. Dining was another major disappointment. The few available restaurants were extremely expensive, and the food quality did not justify the cost. Overall, the food and beverage experience was very poor. The beach area was also underwhelming. Only a very small portion was walkable, and there was a very limited area considered safe for swimming. On our second-to-last morning, gardeners began digging and cutting directly beside our patio at 8:00 a.m., which woke us abruptly. Despite requesting multiple times to speak with a manager about our concerns, we were never contacted. Overall, this hotel was a significant disappointment. It lacked atmosphere, character, and attention to guest experience, and unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
