I would not recommend this hôtel we had a room in the basement with a bathroom that did not function well!! There was no locks on the outside doors to the basement and the staff went helpful at all!

There was an outage in the area on one night. We understand it was beyond the hotel’s control. However, there was very less communication and when we ask if there were any flashlights or help to navigate us through the darkness, nothing was provided. Not even an “ sorry for your inconvenience”. Everything else was okay.

Sound proof was bad.

It was a bit outdated, but very clean. I would recommend. We did try to enjoy the hot tub, but the there were a few young men who were playing around and splashing in there, so we just left. The hotel is good, and the Boston Pizza is very convenient, and wonderful staff.

The only window in the room , faced the entrance and a playground, No privacy at all, had to keep it covered the whole time

Nous n avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservé! Nous avons été sous classé! Il nous on changé de chambre, mais la toilette coulait, elle ne flushait pas, la douche le rideau n était pas adéquats, la pôle de douche était presque arraché. L eau coulait par terre. Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé, nous entendions les gens venir à accueil ( nous étions à 3 chambres de l accueil) La fenêtre portait directement sur la galerie où les escaliers! Donc impossible de l assez le rideau ouvert puisque les gens descendait par la!

J’ai trouvé que c’était pas propre! Le tapis dans le passage pour aller au Chambre très sale! Mur dans la chambre sale les rideaux étaient brûlés! Quand j’ai réservé la. Hombre c’était 146$ et sur ma facture c’était 169.$. Alors je suis pas contente!

Hotel est bien situé bus direct pour le centre de quebec. Quand a l hotel, accueil agréable et prend le temps de vous répondre. La chambre spacieux et propre. Le petit plus il y a une petite piscine un bassin d eau chaude et froid et un sauna

The hotel does not seem to 3 star. There were no lotions or moisturizering cream, plastic/garbage bags. The intercom phone was not working. Also the room that was given to us had door to another room. That room had kids who were quite noisy at 12 am. Though this issue was resolved. Quite expensive with no breakfast.

Noua avions réservé du 22 au 23 juin et nous étions au 4eme et tout etait bien. La la nuit dernière soit du 13 au 14 juillet on nous a mis niveau stationnement : la chambre etait moins bien entretenue. La télé du voisin a joué jusqu a une heure du matin et c etait mal insonorisé et ca nous a empêche de dormir. Bien decu

Clean room.

Great location, fantastic pool! Odd layout, very dark halls.

Great affordable price and reception was very friendly. Hallways and main areas and elevator are a little dated but room was clean and ac worked great. Pool was a cool area with cold plunge, hot tub, sauna and regular pool which was a little small but good when not busy. Beds could be a bit more comfortable but overall an enjoyable stay.
