Le spa n’était pas en fonction, l’alarme de feu nous a réveillé à 3h du matin, la tête de lit bougeais quand des gens marchais dans le couloir , l’odeur de chlore était épouvantable , ce n’étais franchement pas un séjour agréable ..

Ce fut calme et très agréable!

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. It was disgusting, old and everything was broken. The pool was under construction although I can't say I would have gone in it, based on how dirty everything else was. They had clearly tried to update at some point, but had just painted over everything and not bothered to take anything off the walls when they did so you can see paint splashes over everything. The flooring and tiles were broken everywhere, even my tub was cracked. The shower curtain had clearly been pulled down before me and instead of fixing it properly, they just jammed it back in the same broken hole and put in bigger screws so there was just a broken mess and the curtain rod hanging at an odd angle. Thankfully, I only had to stay there for about 12 hours and I could run away. UGH don't ever stay here.

Pool was closed off with a small portion left open and full all the time. The pictures of the rooms are a big lie but the worst, every conversation that happens in the hallway feels like it's happening in your room. We were woken up multiple times during the night and early morning. You could clearly be part of hallway conversations in our bed. I could literally see in the hallway with the door closed as the door if not perfectly centered. The fridge is old and dated and BUZZED all the time. The tv was supper small ind like 14 feet away from the bed. The floor looked like it was water damaged and don't get me started on the walls and decor. As you can see, I traveled often and never left a bad review but I really feel like I got robbed this weekend. Nobody cares and I doubt this will go anywhere but we should not charge people above asking price for a hotel room in this condition and if you advertise a full pool with hot tubs, then this should be offered. When we left we were waiting for someone to ask us how our stay, and to no surprise, nobody did or care. Really bad place with people who don't care

Très déçue que le spa n'était pas en fonction. J'ai réservé cet établissement pour 4 personnes, 2 chambres. Nous n'avons pas été avisé de cet inconvénient majeur puisque nous avions réservé cet établissement justement pour profiter du spa et piscine. Est-ce qu'on peut avoir un remboursement pour cet inconvénient ? Et les chambres du côté loft ne valent le rapport qualité/prix. Chambre minuscule au sous-sol, pour 190$ c'est cher. Désolée mais je ne retournerai pas dans cet établissent à ce prix.

The hallways smell bad. Overall, the rooms were ok, the finishings were poorly maintained.

L’hôtel était très bien très propre près de l’université, c’était parfait

La chambre était assez bien. Et bien équipée. Le seul bémol était juste le riz qui était sale.

The hot tub wasn’t working or i couldn’t really find the button, There was no breakfast Room was standard not too lavish

Checked into our room to realize our toilet wouldn’t flush. Notified staff who informed us they would have it fixed before we returned for the night. It was never fixed, we were forced to use their public washroom. Awful. Spa under construction, pool dirty, beds hard as a rock, out-dated. A super 8 would have been better. Not as advertised that’s for sure.

Expérience décevante, spa fermé non annoncé lors de la réservation. Machine à café non fonctionnel à l’accueil. Bruyant entre les chambres. Qualité de chambre moyenne. Savon dans la salle de bain très ordinaire. Aucun article de toilette. Hôtel de qualité motel. J’ai de la difficulté à donner 3 étoiles. Vraiment déçu de mon expérience et je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel malheureusement.
