I like this location for its location near the university but it’s very average and there was a major police operation while I was there that resulted in several arrests.

La chambre était poussiéreuse lors de notre arrivé avec des traces de pas au sol.. Il y avait des cheveux dans la douche collé au mur et les verres d'eau semblaient avoir été utilisé. Ce n'était pas ma première visite, mais c'était la première fois que la chambre était dans cet état.

La chambre toujours froide même avec le chauffage qui fonctionnait à plein régime. Manque de serviette de douche… 2 c’est pas assez. En plus de devoir passer par le hall d’entré très froid en maillot pour allé au piscine ? Sans robe de chambre car elle ne sont pas fournies?

Room temperature was either very hot or very cold . They did not change the room and they said it is the same in all rooms . The water of the pool was not clear and the second day of our stay , they closed it for few hours. But the staff were nice and understanding. The question is for the hotel owner to make a better situation for the people who pay for their rooms and they expect good facilities.

Pour commencer la chambre était bien, spacieuse par contre la toilette coulait au plancher. La grande déception du 3ieme , on pouvait penser qu’un cadavre était encore sur place. L’odeur était insupportable dans le corridor! Il avait clairement une fuite d’eau car le tapis était détremper. Si ce n’est pas réparer clairement qu’il aura des champignons , si ce n’est déjà le cas. L’hôtel y changer depuis notre dernière visite il y a quelques années!

Une bagarre dans la chambre à coté à 3h du matin. Personne n est venue les avertir. En suite à 5h du matin l alarme incendie se declenche pour évacuation. Tout le monde se ressemble à la réception. Fausse alerte

I would stay here again. The room was clean and the spa/ pool area was exceptional. Only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the terrible smells in the hallway.

Pros-location, it as within walking distance to many stores and only 15 minutes to Old Quebec and the aquarium. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel that was very convenient! Cons-staff wasn’t very helpful as far as giving information. The elevator didn’t work for most of our stay which was hard with a stroller and a baby. The pool was very small, crowded and didn’t feel clean.

La chambre 331 est petit surtout le wc il sont coulle au mur en face. Impossible de se connecte sur nos réseaux amazon ou YouTube. Le personnel sont gentil.

La propreté de la chambre était médiocre... aucune insonorisation, il y avait une senteur de renfermé et humidité. Les machines distributices, à café fonctionnent pas. L'eau de la douche m'a brûlé puisqu'elle devient super chaude si un autre chambre utilise l'eau en même temps. Vraiment déçu de mon expérience je ne réservera plus à cet endroit.
