Didn’t like the 2 level bathroom. Staff were friendly.

Il y avais du sang sur le rideau de douche cela leur a pris une journée complète à le changer , il y avais des poils dans la douche quand nous sommes ariver

Very clean, pool area was relaxing( birds were a nice touch) restaurant was convenient for all meals.

La chambre n'étais pas propre. Des coulisse rouge sur un mur près du lit. Le plancher avait des morceaux bisar dessus.

Nous sommes resté que 1h en chambre.. Odeur de produit qui donne mal au crâne.. très mal insonoriser.. le lit on aurai cru qu'il aurait défoncer a toute instant.. le lavabo s'écoulait avec difficulter.. wifi ne fonctionne pas et téléviseur non plus.. on a pas su rester pour une nuit c'est une catastrophe

the room wasn't as clean or updated as i thought and also when i booked it said 2 Queen beds and i got 2 double beds so very different from what i booked and not as comfortable. NEED to upgrade mattresses.

L’hôtel très bien situer mais niveau propreté j’ai pas été impressionnée…le tapis est sale. Ma chambre à moitié laver la manette de tv toute sale. C’est la dernière fois que je loue une chambre à cet hôtel. Le pris de cet hôtel est moin dispendieuses que les autres. De l’extérieur ont durait un motel.

The room was very outdated. The phone didn't work, the coffee maker was broken and I had to call to get the air conditioning to work (because you can't touch the unit only the dial on the wall). They didn't have a microwave in the room either. Several of the plugs in the wall also didn't work. I forgot my toothbrush (classic) and asked the desk if they had any - no. Usually hotels do. The spa area and pool were lovely. Some of the hotel staff were great and others were sassy and unprofessional.

After reading some reviews just before the beginning of our trip, I was a little anxious about what we would find on arrival. We were two women travelling together. Our room was huge, and was easily accessible on the ground floor, and only a short distance from the desk, the swimming pool, and the attached restaurant where affordable breakfasts were available each day. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and free bus passes to get to the old town. The bus stop was just a few steps away from the entrance, with a grocery store and restaurants within a short walk. We enjoyed the pool, with the live birds singing in cages overhead, and the hot tub and sauna. The premises were clean and fresh smelling, and staff was fluently bilingual. The only blight on our stay was a very loud party with thumping Latin music coming up from the lower level on the final night of our stay. When we spoke to the staff, the music level went down somewhat, and the party ended around 11. We would stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was fairly comfortable, but a little outdated and needed upkeep in some areas. Very small fridge and no microwave, although there was two for use by the front desk. One bed was very hard, the other was fairly soft. Great pool area though.
