Clean, good location, plenty of parking

The air conditioner (window unit) in my room was too loud the whole time it was on and could not sleep. It was not able to maintain the temperature of the room. Not recommended for hot summer evenings.

They did not clean my Room ,we stayed two nights there also they didn’t mention me for room service policy when I checked in Also I checked Expedia policies every day room cleaning service It’s terrible experience

Breakfast was not included with the room. Although the room was surprisingly large and clean, it showed its age. In addition: • The A/C was loud and not powerful enough to cool the size of room. The staff assured me that they were in the process of updating the equipment • The towels were worn almost to transparency • There were no safety bars in the tub • The bedside lamp was unplugged, and to plug it in, the headboard would have to be removed • The kitchen should have had four of everything, but bowls, cups, glasses and utensils were missing • The refrigerator had not been defrosted, so I couldn’t use the freezer I left my pink Yeti water bottle with my name engraved on it at the reception desk when I checked in. When I went to claim it, I was told the staff thought it was being claimed by its owner. I have an unusual name, and had the staff requested ID, they would have realized it did not belong to the person who claimed it. This was disappointing. However, the staff was respectful, willing to admit an error, and helpful in lugging my heavy luggage up the stairs when the elevator was out of service for a few hours.

L’hôtel / notre chambre était propre et partiellement rénovée. Nous avons eu un bel accueil. La piscine et le spa sont excellents pour une famille. Très chaud et très agréable. Nous étions au bout du bâtiment donc la connexion Internet n’était pas très fiable. Nous allons sûrement y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour à Québec.

Tous était bien restaurant Boston Pizza.Chambre propre,très satisfait sauf que nous avons réservé 2 soirée et entre les deux journée il n y a pas eu de femme de chambre. Je recommande cette hotel et ont y retourneraient.

Unfortunately, this was a bad experience overall. The photos online are extremely misleading — what you see online is not what you get; it borders on false advertising. The property itself is worn out throughout. The rooms were in poor condition, and the bedding was subpar. The washroom was barebones, and the tub looked like it was about to come loose from the wall — not exactly reassuring from a safety standpoint. The floors were worn down with visible chip marks, and the wallpaper was peeling off in places. It gave the whole property a neglected, run-down feel rather than a place you'd expect to pay for. I would not recommend staying here. There's really nothing about this property that stood out positively.

This hotel had some good stuff such as great air conditioning and helpful staff but building maintenance and cleaning requires lot need to be done. The room that we got initially had leak in the ceiling right above bath tub, and toilet was plugged. They had to move us to new room where Toilets getting plugged again, Grout between tiles had grim on them.. ( definitely need to be bleached and cleaned). Lamp shades were broken, ultra small ironing board.

Loved the pool, sauna and spa. Exhaust in the bathroom in our room didn’t work but otherwise everything was great. This was our second stay there. Enjoyed it both times. Added advantage is Boston Pizza entrance through the hotel and other nearby cafés and restaurants. Great location. Free and plenty of parking all around the hotel was also a plus.

We ended up leaving as we didn’t feel secure in the building, property was older and more like a motel.

L'établissement à besoin d'une rénovation majeur. Il y avait de la moisissure un peu partout (plafond couloir, murs salles de bain, etc..). Nous avons dù changer de chambre en raison d'une odeur intense. Heureusement, le personnel était courtois et accommodant.
