Reading駅周辺に用事があり、利用させていただきました。 Reading駅からタクシーでちょっとかかるのが難点で、ホテル内での食事を手配していない場合は、駅周辺で食事を済ませる必要があるかと思います。（周辺にはまったくないので） ホテル自体は快適ですが、ちょっと室内の照明が暗かったかな……とはいえ、緑に囲まれた感じの環境で、静かだし、用事があればまた利用させていただきたいなと思うところです。

Good service. Good breakfast, although I had to pay separately for it. The room was at the end of the corridor, and it was nice and quiet, as I loved it and needed good night's rest after a long flight. Just the TV in the room didn't work, but I'm not really a TV person, so I didn't even claim. Wi-fi worked well in the lounge area, which was good enough for me. I have long hair and needed a hair dryer, so I asked for it and the reception lady was kind to hand me one to take it to my room. Good location. There are buses that stop at about 3-4 min walk from the hotel. In my case it was the summer season fee, so it costed only 1 pound for a single ticket to town centre. Good hotel!

Someone had been smoking on my floor which I could smell as I walked to the room. The room its self stank of smoke, uncomfortably so. They couldn’t move me because the hotel was full so there answer was to leave me with air freshener. On that first night due to the lovely clientele, there was a fight that broke out outside my room at half past midnight. The second night was less eventful but the room still stank of smoke.

Stayed 4 nights was very quiet.staff very good. Clean room ,spacious comfy beds and good shower.plenty of parking.

The room was quite dirty - mouldy shower curtain and grime around the bath plug etc. no air con and very hot - fan provided but didn’t so much. Funny smell. Staff were nice but I wouldn’t stay here again

Room was clean and tidy. However there was a hole in ceiling where the fire alarm had come out and not been put back properly. There was no heating in the bathroom however the lovely hot shower warmed the room super

For the price, and just somewhere to sleep, was all fine.. Pros - I think I was the only guest, so plenty of parking. They opened the bar for me to buy a can of Guinness, and the staff (only 1 person) were very friendly, although he seemed to have a pretty bad cough... bed was comfortable enough for a good sleep. Cons - Everything is dated, damaged, and a bit dirty. Lift buttons took a few goes to work . Toilet didn't flush very well. Room didn't have a remote control for the Tv.

Room and bedding were spotlessly clean. Big TV, power shower and a balcony whilst being ones of the cheaper places in Reading. The exterior and location is a bit strange but there’s not much they can do about that and it doesn’t detract from its appeal. I’d definitely stay again.
