Il migliore in tutto: posizione, camere, pulizia, cibo, spiaggia, piscine.

Struttura bellissima, molto curata. Ottimo cibo, struttura e camere pulitissime . Parcheggio libero adiacente, spiaggia a un minuto di camminata . Tantissime piscine , bar e ristoranti . C’è la SPA, sala GYM sempre aperta anche di notte . All inclusive 24 ore su 24. Personale gentilissimo sempre disponibile . Consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono fare una vacanza in totale relax. Tutto perfetto .

It was a great experience, but the resort was extremely busy. It was tough to get chairs by the pool and the beach was extremely crowded. While the hotel is a beachside property it is not a private beach.

The hotel is good…. It needs a lot upgrades…. The staff was super friendly and helpful! It is an old hotel and it needs to be more modern and changed some of the areas…. For example replace the carpet in the room’s corridors for real floors…. The food was ok but not excepcional.. I think this is because it is an all inclusive with a lot of people! It is a little frustrating that the hotel doesn’t have beach and you have to pay for it daily. But we enjoy so much our time in Mallorca!

Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer gebucht. Für eines davon habe ich ein Upgrade angefragt, leider bestand dieses lediglich aus einem Poolblick. Im Vergleich zu den anderen beiden Standardzimmern gab es ansonsten kaum Unterschiede. Im Gegenteil: Das angebliche Upgrade-Zimmer hatte sogar einen kleineren Schrank und einen kleineren Tisch, was mit Baby eher unpraktisch war. Rückblickend hätte ich mir das Upgrade sparen können. Die Matratze war leider sehr unbequem, sodass ich während des Aufenthalts Rückenschmerzen bekam. Auch das Badezimmer könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Abfluss war ständig verstopft, was den Komfort zusätzlich beeinträchtigt hat. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war die Hellhörigkeit. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer, wodurch man Gespräche und sämtliche Geräusche sehr deutlich hören konnte. Generell war es im Hotel recht laut, auch durch die vielen Kinder. Positiv war das Essen, das uns gut geschmeckt hat. Auch der restliche Aufenthalt war angenehm und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Poolblick war ebenfalls schön. Dennoch gibt es beim Zimmerkomfort und für einen angenehmen Komfort Verbesserungspotenzial.

Bra hotell dock var den delade poolen inte så bra. Det var inte värt att betala mycket mer för en pool som var så liten och helt oanvändbar. Dessutom var poolen inte direkt framför hotellrummet. Maten var av ok kvalitet dock var råvarorna inte av hög kvalitet för det pris man betalat. Någon dag var råvaran bra men annars var den bara ok.

We traveled from USA and were impressed with the hospitality of this hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. The food was delicious with plenty of variety and drinks were excellent- there was always something to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, overall it was a great vacation in Iberostar Albufera Playa, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother and we had an exceptional stay. The staff were incredible and we felt very spoilt with the VIP perks. Every person we interacted with in the team gave 100% amazing service, the front desk, cleaning staff, wait staff in the restaurants, bar staff, lifeguards, cafe team... literally everyone. The food was especially great, plenty of options to choose from and we were fortunate enough to get to eat at all 3 al a carte restaurants on site (Greek was my mothers favourite, Mexican mine). The direct access to the beach was bliss. The multiple pools meant that we were able to have spaces for adults and others for children. The rooftops were fabulous. It was honestly better than I'd expected and I'd 100% go back! Thank you Iberostar Selection Albufera Playa for an exceptional stay!!

Ótimo hotel, com uma equipe bem atenciosa e ótimas comodidades. Viajamos em 8 adultos e 4 crianças e o hotel agradou a todos. Fácil localização, perto da praia, é tranquilo conseguir estacionamento nos arredores. Checkin e checkout rápido. Ótimo café da manhã e restaurante buffet que atende a todos os gostos. Várias piscinas disponíveis e vários eventos para fazer durante o dia e a noite. Super recomendado para famílias.

Super séjour en all inclusive. Super accueil. Buffet excellent avec personnel sympathique et souriant. Petit bémol sur la chambre vendue en rez-de-piscine alors que c'est un sharing pool c'est à dire que la piscine n'est pas forcément devant votre chambre mais quelques chambres plus loin. Pas gènant en soi mais si on avait su on aurait pris une chambre avec supplément ailleurs dans l'hôtel (avec vue dans les étages par expl). En tout cas souvenirs inoubliables de ce séjour.

Everything was lovely and enjoyable but the beach has a lot of seaweed and so sadly did not spend time there but the resort is great.

Große saubere Hotelanlage mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Schöne Rooftop Bar (Adults Only) bei Buchung der Star Prestige Zimmer. Geräumige Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick. Organisation leider mit Luft nach oben: Rooftop Bar oft ohne Service Personal, somit keine Bestellung von Cocktails möglich (auch während der Öffnungszeiten) Spezialitäten Restaurants bereits am Anreisetag komplett ausgebucht (zum Teil eine Woche im Voraus), somit musste man immer im Buffet Restaurant Frühstück, Mittag + Abendessen. Gerade hier hätte man sich durch Star Prestige etwas mehr erwartet.

Beautiful property! Food and drinks were great, particularly great cocktails! Biggest feedback is that there should be more adult only areas. Fine if you’re a family but not great if you’re travelling as a couple, no bar, dining or pool areas without kids

Hotel staff made us feel warmly welcome each minute of our stay. Special thanks to Paola at the reception. Hotel buildings were beautiful, there was just right amount of Spanish charm, not too polished style even though everything was extremely well maintained. We had family room (two rooms connected by a door) which I highly recommend for families with older kids. Rooms are quite compact but there was just enough space for us. Rooms were very tidy and bed was one of the best ones I’ve slept in any other hotels I’ve stayed. I also loved the pillows. Pool area was nice, tidy and relaxing. We only spend time at Playa’s pool area, I would imagine that Park’s pool area would have been less relaxing as there was quite much families with small children. Short but yet amazingly pretty path from hotel to beach was a big plus. Food was good and versitale, lots of kids and ’sounds of life’ as Park & Playa have common restaurants. I didn’t have any problems with it but I think I would prefere some other accommondation if I would travel just with my partner and I would seek peace & quiet type of place to spend my vacation. I recommend to download Iberostar app already before the vacation, it was great help for us. Overall, extremely good experience.
