部屋は狭く汚い。それはいいとしても，4泊したがタオルを替えてくれない。 亭主はいい人そうだが。 もめるとすれば朝食。4ポンドと別料金だが，English breakfastはおいしかった。

It's cheap and adequate, beds are comfortable enough; however, the wifi wasn't good enough to stream TV which when is pretty essential to pass time when working away from home.

Fine for 1 night the hotel is a bit run down the rooms are clean and tidy it was quite and less than 12 minute walk to town centre

Get what you pay for. Cheapest rooms up most stairs.

The property was now up to standard the room was dirty all the walls was dirty and the bathroom was dirty as well I was not satisfy I didn’t even take a shower and I really would like a refund and I also have a video to show how the room was

I didn’t like the stay there. Everywhere were insects. The heating doesn’t work etc.

I arrived in need of a hot shower and found the shower broken. No way of regulating the temperature and the water was scolding hot i had started to shower so my hair was wet. There was no way to shower due to the temperature so i then tried to dry my hair only to find the hairdryer did not work. No heating in the room so wrapped my wet hair in a towel and slept with cold wet hair all night. Noone on reception. Absolutely appaling. Want a refund and to warn others

I will not be staying here again

This place stank of cannabis at the door so I walked away and booked elsewhere. Not surprisingly, they refuse to refund. The police and environmental health have been requested to help. I'm not that desperate for £80 but they won't get it without a fight!

hand basin in room from day one, was not functioning /draining efficiently. Also, I had to repair the tv ariel to obtain a signal and adjust colour/contrast to get a decent picture.

This is our second stay and will be returning agin only real problems is the kettle messes when poring and the shower is very hot and couldn’t cool it down as well as having just about no water pressure at all

Nothing fancy. Just a simple, easy and affordable place to stay after a long day traveling.

It was awful. Too noisy to sleep well. To be fair it was cheap and was all that was available with Reading being so busy. The man at reception was polite and nice natured but the place was horrendous. Go into this place with your eyes open.

The shared bathroom was new, have to wait a while for the hot water, but was a spacious bathroom. The sponge mattress had a large lump missing, dirt up the walls. The walls are thin. You can hear everything happening in the next room.
