室内清掃ありと記載があったが、フロントに聞いてもないと言われた。8日間滞在で、バスタオル以外のタオルが１枚のみ。トイレットペーパーも予備がなくスーパーに買いに行った。バスダブがない部屋で、ゴミ捨て、床もタイルで髪の毛や砂などのお掃除をしなくてはならなかった。それ以外は、トラムの駅からは近い、スーパーも海も近く、過ごしやすかった。フロントの対応もよく全体的にはまた利用したいと思う。

ゴージャスな雰囲気の大型アパートメントホテル。飲食店が建ち並ぶブロードビーチの中心部にありとても便利。ヨーロッパ調のインテリアではあるが建物が古く安っぽい印象。部屋はリビングもキッチンも大変広くバスタブもあり快適。バルコニーも大きい。乾燥機が古いのかものすごくうるさい。プールが屋内外にあり屋外プールは開放的でリラックスできる。フロントは２４時間対応ではない。

サーファーズと比べ、静かで落ち着いている。中心地に位置しているので、レストラン等も近くて便利で、大型ショッピングセンターも近くて便利です。

1年前の滞在時にも利用させていただき、今回2回目の利用ですが、ホテルのすぐ下はコンビニやレストランが多く、スーパーやビーチも近く快適に過ごせました！

Near conference center, very convenienet, nice location, many restaurants and big shopping center nearby.

ホテルの立地は文句なしですが、トリプルで予約したのに、用意されていなかった。ところどころ古くなっていて、気になる部分はありましたが、全体的には満足できました。

Staff very professional and helpful. Outdoor pools and bbq area is great. Room was quite dated, could do with new curtains and fresh paint. Stayed in same complex last year and it was great so each room may vary slightly

Great indoor pool, spa and sauna.Close to transport, beach and shops. Great location to restaurants. Could do with a revamp as room very dated. Dirty floors and stained carpet.

This propeety was so disappointing. The rooms dont look like the photos, they are old, dated, dirty and require renovation. The only positives were free parking, good location and nice view... if you did look too closely at the room. I would have asked for another room, but the resort was full on account of school holidays.

Great location, apartment was modern and clean, friendly staff. Broader complex is a bit dated but price reflects that and so it's fair value.

The staff were very friendly and communicated clearly. The room was very clean and overall hotel lobby areas were welcoming and clean.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and overall, the experience was decent. The customer service was friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient—close to public transport and plenty of shops, which made getting around and shopping easy. However, a few things could be improved. The amenities were quite limited: we were only provided with one small shampoo and conditioner for the two of us, which wasn’t sufficient for a multi-night stay. Also, we were surprised to find that replacing the garbage bin liner came at an extra cost, which felt a bit unreasonable. The stay was comfortable enough, but the lack of basic provisions made it feel less welcoming than it could have been.

Always my favourite place to stay on the Gold Coast walking distance to so many attractions. Loved the apartment has everything,and the pool area is divine.
