バンヤンツリーのブランドに恥じないホテル。 シグネシャーレストランの「サフロン」は洗練されたタイ料理を味わえる。 客室にプールもあり、広々とくつろげます。 滞在中、1日ほど何かの作業のモーター音が一日中鳴り響き とても部屋でくつろげるレベルではなかったことが残念。 事前に告知などがあれば外出するなど出来たのでホテル側に対応に若干不満が有り。 ホテルとしての完成度は高く、おすすめですが カンクンまで来ておこもり系のホテルはどうかな？と出発前に思ったが 滞在中もやはりそのように感じた。 5泊バンヤンツリー、5泊グランドハイヤットに宿泊したが メキシコを楽しむという面ではプラヤデルカルメン周辺の４星ホテルに宿泊した方が メキシコを楽しむという意味では良かった。 また、こちらのホテルは税別なのでレストランなどの食事にはサービス料と合わせて追加で３０％程度加算されます。 食事などを安く済ませたい場合はタクシーでプラヤデルカルメンに出て（片道200ペソス）食事を取る方が安く上がります。 また、タクシーなどはボッタクリはなく、５ｔｈアベニューであれば深夜でも治安に問題はありません。

ゴールデンウィークにハネムーンで伺いました。ホテルの入口から遠いので最初ドキドキしましたが、それまで泊まっていたカンクン・ホテルゾーンの喧騒とは打って変わって、とっても静かな場所です。 鳥や虫と共にとっても穏やかな時間を過ごすことができます。 ホテル施設内が素晴らしすぎるので、外に出るのはもったいないです。 レストランはSaffronでのディナーはムーディーで素敵でした。ですが、お値段はかなりのもの。。雰囲気代ということにします。 朝食も最高です。 若者には刺激が足りないかもしれませんが、カンクンの賑やかさが苦手でのんび〜りしたい方にはとってもオススメです。 ぜひまた泊まりたいホテルになりました。

教育が行き届いていて、超快適。 お値段は張りますが、たまのご褒美にはいいかな。毎年行ったら破産しそう。

1歳の子どもと共に家族で利用しました。ヴィラ毎に独立したプールは使い勝手もよく快適でした。スタッフの対応も素晴らしかったです。

ハネムーンで滞在。 赤ワインの差し入れとベッドにバラの花束を敷き詰めてもらいました。 プライベートプールも十分な広さです。 スタッフの方のサービスも非常に良く、大変気持ちよくステイできました。 マヤコバ敷地内のラグーンを小舟で漂いながら朝食を取ることもでき、他ではできない経験が出来ました。 マヤコバ敷地内にはバンヤンツリー以外にもローズウッドホテルとフェアモントホテルがあり、 夫々のレストランは自由に利用可能。 ローズウッドホテルのプンタボニータというメキシカンレストランを利用しましたが、海沿いで非常に良い景色を見ながらディナーを取れました。お薦めです。

全てが最高のホテルでした。 スタッフの対応／部屋の心地よさ／綺麗さ、更に他の宿泊客と出会うことが限りなく少なく、満足した旅行になりました。 カンクンの中でも上位のオールインクルーシブ型のホテルにも宿泊しましたが、レベルが違いました。 全てマヤコバにすれば良かったとも思いました。 是非バンヤンツリーの別の拠点にも伺いたいと思います。

Juan from sur Beach was amazing

Loved our stay, the property is beautiful, the staff was amazing!

Our Villa was not on the beach but it was spectacular. With a private pool and jacuzzi. It was family-friendly. Many activities for the kids. Bicycles were given to each family member. The beach area is amazing. It has a great restaurant and a nice pool. The restaurants at the hotel and at the other Mayakoba hotels are very good. The best part is the staff. They accommodate and coordinate everything you want. Our personal concierge Madai was GREAT!

Great place to stay!

Great hotel, wonderful staff and facilities. I gave 4 stars because the food was really expensive. I understand a mark up but the cocktails are $30 and over $200 for a steak at the Sands Beach Club. A bottle of champagne was over a $1,000. Come on guys…..

Unfortunately the ocean view was blocked by bushes. They said these bushes were part of the ecology. That said the beach chairs, which did not have covers and were not the same height, were not high wnough to see over the bushes. It really makes no sense to pay for a private ocean view that is not as good as the public view.

Staff are incredible!

The staff at check in and out could use some hospitality training - this is our 4th stay and this has never improved although overall service at the resort has significantly improved aside from this. The amenities and location are wonderful and it is a beautiful resort. The waiters at the beach were excellent as always and should be given a shout out including Victor, Juan and Edwin

This is our 4th time staying at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. The service has significantly improved over previous stays and we would rank it 9/10. The updated rooms are beautiful and the amenities are excellent. The food however for a hotel of this level could be significantly improved except for the Sands and Tomahawk restaurants. Also be prepared to 50+ burgers and a significant price tag for all food.
