駅を出てすぐ見つかるので、重い荷物を持ちながら、私はなんて素晴らしいホテルを予約したんだと、自分に感謝した。 部屋はとても狭くて、そこが逆に可愛らしくて好きでした。赤毛のアンの小部屋にでもいるようなムードがあり、棚やバスルームと部屋のバランスもちょうどよく、使いやすかった。スーツケースを広げるのは、余裕がないのでデスクの下に広げた。バスルームも使うのには十分な位の広さで満足。 スタッフの女性は皆、可愛らしく優しい。 朝ご飯は、パン、ハム、チーズ以外は、甘い菓子が多くて辛かった。しかし、LUCCAという街も、このホテルもよいところです。

Great location outside the train station but close enough to get inside the wall easily.

The rooms and amenities were excellent, the breakfast provided daily had a good selection to start your day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The extra amenities in the room were a bonus (kettle for coffee and tea, in the hallway there was extra coffee, tea and cookies if you wanted a snack) The location right beside the train station and across the road from Lucca City Center make this hotel ideal, we would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again

Our room unfortunately didn’t have a functional shower and it’s a little dated however the location was great and some of the staff very friendly. Overall great for the location and alright for a one night stay

A very easy place to stay in Lucca that is 20 seconds from the train station. All of the hotels and rentals in the old walls are not that quick or easy to get to, and driving within the walls is practically impossible so even taxis can’t always get you there. A good breakfast with options, and very friendly staff throughout. Great value for the money.

Great base , quiet, just outside city walls, very close to tunnel to walk into the centre. Kettle in room to make a cup of tea, not usually found in Tuscany! Only down side no hot food at breakfast.

Lovely old 3-star property right outside the wall. Clean in all areas. Super friendly staff from Front Desk to breakfast to room maids. Great self-serve breakfast and a variety of teas and cookies in the hallways for guests to serve themselves. The room had all the amenities you need. Hotel is near the rail station, but I never heard a train. Some reviews talk about folks hanging around the train station which I did not encounter and I felt safe at all times.

Great location, spacious room and super friendly staffs. Highly recommended this hotel for a short day to visit Lucca, Viareggio or Pisa.
