駅を出てすぐ見つかるので、重い荷物を持ちながら、私はなんて素晴らしいホテルを予約したんだと、自分に感謝した。
部屋はとても狭くて、そこが逆に可愛らしくて好きでした。赤毛のアンの小部屋にでもいるようなムードがあり、棚やバスルームと部屋のバランスもちょうどよく、使いやすかった。スーツケースを広げるのは、余裕がないのでデスクの下に広げた。バスルームも使うのには十分な位の広さで満足。
スタッフの女性は皆、可愛らしく優しい。
朝ご飯は、パン、ハム、チーズ以外は、甘い菓子が多くて辛かった。しかし、LUCCAという街も、このホテルもよいところです。

Sjarmerende hotell med fargerikt interiør. Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til Luccas bymur og gamle by innenfor. Vennlig hjelp med parkering. Rommet i to plan var kuult.

This hotel was very accessible from the train station and very accessible to the walled city, the room was spacious and clean. We were surprised that the air-conditioning was not available until May 1 which was after our stay overall would recommend it to anyone for a 2 to 3 day stay

Best equipped 3 star hotel on our 14 day Italy trip. Kettle and tea in the room, biscuits available. Very good breakfast choice and 2 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the amazing city walks. The evening duty person recommended a very local trattoria which was busy with locals and had great food

The location right next to the train station is so convenient (couple blocks to the walled portion of the city). The staff appears to be a family, super cute and helpful. Rooms are pretty large. The beds were maybe not the best but we'd totally stay here again given all the other benefits. Breakfast was delicious and varied with many options. This hotel is a gem!

This hotel is very close to the train station and very central to the walls. The staff were particularly lovely. The hotel could do with some updating. The breakfast was varied but the doughnuts were a bit stale. I particularly enjoyed sweets at breakfast. The shower was small and we kept knocking it off, also the shower needed updating. Room was a large size and bed massive an clean.

If you are arriving/departing by train (Lucca) this is an excellent location as Hotel Rex is a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is also very close to the city's renaissance walls. The hotel has whimsical decorations, a place for children to play, and a good breakfast. A table outside of our room had biscuits on it. I'm pretty sure other rooms had the same treat. Staff were pleasant and friendly.
Outside the property was road construction, but it was not noisy.
