This is not a hotel just guest house. Room is too old but it is that you get what you pay, budget hotel in Florence. No elevator, no air conditioner but I don't complain about that, because we get what we paid. But the room is no wifi, we can hear the noise from outside. And I found in refrigerator milk and yoghurt remaining from last guest. Terrible! The receptionist is very nice she is very helpful. Thanks to her. Staying a couple of days is OK but have to have wifi. The girl at reception said that she can do nothing with WiFi. And the safety box doesn't work. And at night nobody there. If you come to check in at night maybe difficult. The lady at the Reception when we leave was not friendly and helpful. No wifi at all for 2 nights stayed there. Inconvenience!
