スーツケースを4日間預かってくれなかった。

スタッフが親切で、施設内の無料コーヒー、軽食も良かったです。アクセスもよく、快適でした。

スタッフの対応はいつも明るく丁寧でした。清掃も行き届いていましたが、エアコンが壊れていたのか、涼しくなることはなかったです。また、床が一部斜めになっていました。冷蔵庫もあまり冷えませんでした。 スタッフの対応が良かっただけに、設備の部分がもう少し見直されると大満足かと思います。

料金、場所、サービス すべて良かったです。

This was the worst hotel. After checking out, I remembered that I had left my portable washlet (an electric device for washing your bottom when you go to the toilet) in the bathroom, so I went in 3 hours later and told the front desk, but they said they had thrown it away. I had left my suitcase at the front desk when I checked out to go shopping, so I can't believe that the front desk clerk threw away my forgotten item, knowing that I would definitely come back. And what's more, it was a portable washlet, which is essential for Japanese people when traveling and when they go to the toilet. And one more terrible thing. Only cold water came out of the shower. The lowest temperature was 8 degrees. It was freezing. I can't believe it. The front desk clerk was also unfriendly, and I will never stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable, location was great - right off Plaza Mayor. Was pleasantly surprised.

Hotel incrível, muito lindo e aconchegante. A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativa e atenciosa. Quarto e banheiro limpíssimos. Pertinho da Plaza mayor , muito bem localizado. Salinha de café 24 horas por dia, com snacks, frutas, cafés e sucos. Uma delícia. Eu vou me hospedar lá novamente se tiver s oportunidade.

Me encantó la ubicación del Hotel y los detalles que nos dejaron en la puerta de la habitación. La única dificultad que encontramos fue la cantidad de escalones para acceder a la cafetería y las habitaciones.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El staff muy amigable las habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas y limpias. El único comentario es que no es un hotel diseñado para huéspedes que llevan maletas. Ya que para llegar desde la recepción hasta los diferentes cuartos uno debe subir y bajar muchísimas gradas. Por lo demás, si es un Hotel recomendado para viajeros en pareja o en familia

Liked the 24 hour coffee bar in the basement with free fruit cookies and good expresso machines. The morning goodies on the door was also appreciated. The hotel is in a bit of a grungy street, but it’s close to the plaza mayor and core. The old carpets and maze of stairs reminded me of an old club, but the room and shower were fine. Double check when you book that you aren’t expecting BnB Hotel Centro which is much swankier. Staff were great.

Great place to stay! Centrally located, walking distance to most things! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. They gave croissants every morning, which was a bonus. And they have a coffee bar, with some fruit and cookies. The only negative was that we were on the first floor and we need to bring out bags up about 7-8 steps, which is not terrible. Except if you have 50lbs of luggage could be inconvenient for the elderly. I would definitely recommend !

Excellent central location just around from Plaza Mayor, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in easy walking distance. Good basic rooms with safe, fridge and plenty of useful hangers and hooks. Bathroom was good and aircon was effective - or there were big windows to open. Loved the Coffee Corner, with hot drinks, juices, water, fruit and biscuits available at no charge 24/7. Also appreciated the daily breakfast pastry which appeared outside your door every morning. Staff were all welcoming and helpful, rooms were spotless, but cleaning could have been better/more frequent in downstairs toilet.

All staff in the hotel is very friendly, professional and helpful.

Very nice place to stay in! It was walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Lots of places to eat near by. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was super clean and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! The sweet treats on the door on our way out was a very nice touch because we had a long day ahead and needed a little sustenance before starting.
