スタッフが親切で、施設内の無料コーヒー、軽食も良かったです。アクセスもよく、快適でした。

スタッフの対応はいつも明るく丁寧でした。清掃も行き届いていましたが、エアコンが壊れていたのか、涼しくなることはなかったです。また、床が一部斜めになっていました。冷蔵庫もあまり冷えませんでした。 スタッフの対応が良かっただけに、設備の部分がもう少し見直されると大満足かと思います。

料金、場所、サービス すべて良かったです。

This was the worst hotel. After checking out, I remembered that I had left my portable washlet (an electric device for washing your bottom when you go to the toilet) in the bathroom, so I went in 3 hours later and told the front desk, but they said they had thrown it away. I had left my suitcase at the front desk when I checked out to go shopping, so I can't believe that the front desk clerk threw away my forgotten item, knowing that I would definitely come back. And what's more, it was a portable washlet, which is essential for Japanese people when traveling and when they go to the toilet. And one more terrible thing. Only cold water came out of the shower. The lowest temperature was 8 degrees. It was freezing. I can't believe it. The front desk clerk was also unfriendly, and I will never stay here again.

Equipe muito prestativa. Limpeza impecável. Café de cortesia 24hs disponível e ainda deixam uma bolsinha com mimos na porta do quarto toda manhã (croissant, donuts etc).

The staff was very friendly. The room was very well cleaned. Hotel was only walking distance from the Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. Very convenient.

Espaçoso, confortável e super bem localizado, porém só fazer o check in fui informando que o quarto ainda não estava disponível, mesmo tendo chegado após o período de início de check in.

Room was clean and acceptable for the one night we stayed there before leaving Madrid, but we had issues with our door lock that took way too long to resolve and involved us having to climb 3 flights of stairs 6 times before staff would come up with us to fix the issue. Was also hard to lug all the luggage up and down the stairs, and was not previously told this was how the accommodations were. Walls were very thin and could hear all of our neighbors all night as well as loud street noise from the busy area surrounding.
