初めて宿泊しましたが噂通り素晴らしいホテルです。 目の前がルガノ湖なのでお散歩しながら街へ行かれます。 若い方やお子様には物足りないかもしれませんが、のんびりした旅行にはおすすめの贅沢なホテルです。

ホテルのスタッフの対応が非常に優れていた

ヨーロッパに於いて5★と言えど、あり得ないサービスを受ける事がある。 ここのホテルは、そのような必要がない。美しい笑顔と、親切さを持って接してくれる。食事も美味しかった。また、訪れる機会を作りたい。

This is a first rate luxury hotel right on Lake Lugano with an excellent staff and lovely accommodations. Wouldn’t change in thing.

Everything was good except the weather!! So we actually ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel.

What a great luxurious place to stay in Lugano

The only item I think could be improved is waitstaff at the breakfast. Otherwise... a perfect stay!

Gorgeous breakfast terrace overlooking the lake

The receptionist Maria was fantastic at checking us in! She showed us around, was very pleasant and enthusiastic and we really appreciated her care when checking us in. The valet parking was ideal for us. Sadly one of our bags was left when reloading by the valet gentlemen but the hotel kindly sent this to us the following day so we have to mark them 10/10 for their service and for how they dealt with the scenario

Beautiful view very clean!!!

It's a beautiful hotel overlooking Lake Lugano, just 10 mins walk from Lugano. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our suite had a number of issues - the TV didn't work, the bathroom door didn't close, the A/C didn't cool the room adequately, and the curtains did not close.

Great hotel. Would love to come back for more nights.

Beautiful old world property with extensive breakfast buffet. There is a bar and restaurant on site. There are many dining options within walking distance. It is located along the lakefront road. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the center of town.
