初めて宿泊しましたが噂通り素晴らしいホテルです。 目の前がルガノ湖なのでお散歩しながら街へ行かれます。 若い方やお子様には物足りないかもしれませんが、のんびりした旅行にはおすすめの贅沢なホテルです。

ヨーロッパに於いて5★と言えど、あり得ないサービスを受ける事がある。 ここのホテルは、そのような必要がない。美しい笑顔と、親切さを持って接してくれる。食事も美味しかった。また、訪れる機会を作りたい。

The staff were nice and a great location but the food and beverage was more expensive than the room. Also the rooms were very old and outdated.

Being met at the station by Luca in the shuttle was a lovely start to our stay. He and all staff are very helpful and friendly.

The reason this review gets a single star and not zero stars is because of how great the people are. Experience-wise it has been two weeks and we are still dealing with the repercussions of our stay. During our time at the adult indoor spa, there were multiple kids that were being very poorly supervised. We didn't mind as we were flexible and assumed it would not implicate the upkeep of the property as there were many staff on deck. The disappointment began when we realized the hot tub was not at all hot and after spending about 20 minuted in the bubbling water we were appalled to discover that there were multiple pieces of poop on the floor of the hot tub. Disgusted does not even begin to cover it. TMI but - This actually led to us both acquiring an infection we're are still dealing with two weeks later. The situation was not at all remedied by the property and was only met with a subpar apology and nothing further. I feel as though such a disgusting, terrible experience merited a little more of a follow up and my wife could not have been more disturbed and upset by such a nasty experience. It really did ruin our stay and trip to Lugano and for these reasons we would definitely opt for an alternative property in the future.

This is a first rate luxury hotel right on Lake Lugano with an excellent staff and lovely accommodations. Wouldn’t change in thing.

Everything was good except the weather!! So we actually ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel.

What a great luxurious place to stay in Lugano

The only item I think could be improved is waitstaff at the breakfast. Otherwise... a perfect stay!
