初めて宿泊しましたが噂通り素晴らしいホテルです。 目の前がルガノ湖なのでお散歩しながら街へ行かれます。 若い方やお子様には物足りないかもしれませんが、のんびりした旅行にはおすすめの贅沢なホテルです。

ヨーロッパに於いて5★と言えど、あり得ないサービスを受ける事がある。 ここのホテルは、そのような必要がない。美しい笑顔と、親切さを持って接してくれる。食事も美味しかった。また、訪れる機会を作りたい。

Ficamos numa suíte recentemente renovada, com muito conforto, qualidade das amenities, excelente cama/travesseiros. O café da manhã era suficiente e com bons produtos, apesar de ter muitos itens à la carte vendidos à parte. O único senão foi o ar-condicionado que soprava sobre a cama e não pareceu ser suficientemente forte para o calor externo.

This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views of the lake. The staff are very helpful and breakfast is wonderful with excellent service in a beautiful room with lake views.

In two weeks of travel in Europe, we had one bad meal -- at La Veranda. Everything that went into my mouth was distasteful. Portions were ridiculous, and prices were obscene. I expected fine dining at a high price. Instead I got lousy food at a high price! Think about it....five (small) tasteless, chewy ravioli, in an unpleasant sauce, for $ 50. Really?? This was our last evening, and I wanted it to be memorable. It was, but not in the way I had hoped! Everything else about the hotel was appreciated.

Great location

The staff were wonderful. I travel with my dog and have never stayed anywhere where ALL the staff were so dog friendly. The food was excellent. Breakfast was a large buffet with FRESH juice every morning. We ate in the bar several times and had room service and all was to an excellent standard. The spa is modern and very relaxing. I can highly recommend their signature "Viaggio Sensoriale a Lugano" treatment. It was amongst the best spa treatments I've ever had. Expensive, but worth every penny. Ask for Lisa. She's incredible. The rooms we stayed in were outdated and definitely need a refurb. But they were large, so lots of space. We stayed in the building on the left. I believe the main building has far more updated rooms. Of course they are priced accordingly. The surrounding area is lovely. Lugano is small, quaint and beautiful with lots of great food, shopping and cultural options. I hiked from Paradiso to Morcote with my dog, which we both recommend :-) Also took a ferry which is a great way to get around. Avoid the buses at rush hour.

Best hotel experience ever & we’ve stayed in a lot of amazing hotels. Staff was exceptionally caring, spa was included, food with tremendous and location was excellent. Lugano is the most beautiful place in the world.
