たいへん良いホテルです。場所もベスト。シントラ宮やレガレイラはもちろん、ペーナ宮殿に徒歩で登るのに最適です。だいたいここから35-45分くらいですが、登山道はよく整備されています。 システムがアナログなので、うちは別の中国人客と勘違いされました。英語で誤解を解く必要性がありましたが、そのハプニングのおかげで一泊目と二泊目で違う部屋に泊まれて両方楽しめました。谷側のお部屋はテラスがついていて、小鳥の声と小川のせせらぎを聞きながらまったりできました。南側のお部屋は眺望と夜景が素敵でした。またこられたら是非宿泊したいです。

レガイラ宮殿から徒歩8分、駅からは徒歩20分程度の立地。部屋は寝室とバストイレ、応接室の三部屋で構成。設備は古くともバスタブや普通のドライヤーもあり。夕食はここのレストランを利用し、おいしくいただけました。朝食もチーズやハム類は数種あり不満なし。スタッフも優しく、フロントでは言葉が通じないとき、翻訳アプリで対応してくれました（笑）

Très bon déjeuner

This hotel is a piece of history. Only 8 minutes up the road to the Quinta da Regaleira. The hotel is lovely, the views are great. The breakfast was small but sufficient. The restaurant is good. The staff is very helpful and the massage was great. I would recommend calling and booking a massage in advance so you can get your preferred time. everything is aboout a 12-17 minute walk except the mountain top Pena Palace for example - uber or tuktuk to that. Parking is very limited if you are coming with a rental, call in advance for information regarding the paid parking garage. Once you pass the hotel it takes 15-18 minutes to go around and get back with all the one way roads. The road to the hotel is closed to general traffic so be prepared to tell the traffic controller in portuguese that you have a reservation at the hotel.

Un charme désuet mais très agréable. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’explorer tout l’hôtel, mais des petits salons dispatchés un peu partout, rendaient l’endroit charmant

Das Lawrence Hotel hat den Charme vergangener Tage, liebevoll eingerichtet, freundliches Personal und zentrale Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Sintras zu erkunden. Durch den historischen Bestand sind bei Schallschutz und Ausstattung natürlich keine heutigen Standards zu erwarten, was aber nur wenig gestört hat.

Amazing property and great staff! Our stay was amazing with comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast selection and service! Definitely would stay here again!

The room was okay. The good things were that there was a large bathroom. Things that could be improved are larger nightstands, and better linens for the bed. There was a smell of cigarettes in the room but was able to ventilate by opening the doors.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was very clean. The restaurant is good and the breakfast included as well!

Small, boutique hotel that had numerous cosy seating areas and lounges. We were upgraded to a suite and had a separate lounge. Just beautiful in every way. Black out shutters, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Host was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant food out rounding and much better than local village. Couldn’t get a more perfect location. Walk down the hill 5 minutes to the village of Sintra and up the hill 5 mins to the Iniation Well and Palace. Cannot fault this place.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll. Unser Zimmer bot eine schöne Aussicht. Es war geräumig und der Wohnbereich durch die vielen Sprossenfenster hell und freundlich. Gestört haben jedoch die stark quitschenden Holzdielen im Flurbereich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und aufmerksam.

An absolute gem in Sintra. A beautiful hotel, our room was stunning with an enormous bathroom. The bed was divine and the room was quiet and spotless. There is parking available (see photo). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and are incredibly hospitable and proud of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and it is in a convenient location. I loved this hotel.
