シャワーの水量調節が難しい。床が水浸しになる。 バスルームと同じコンセントが部屋にも一箇所必要です。

至る所で四つ星を強調していますが、これまで利用した四つ星ホテルの中では最低でした。朝食サービス以外はとても四つ星とは思えません。まず、無駄に広い、いや、広すぎるバスルーム。バスタブがあったのは嬉しかったが、あの広さは無意味。その分なのかどうか、部屋が狭くてベッドと机の間を通るのもやっとというくらい。お湯とお水の蛇口は別なので温度調節が難しく、固定された別口のシャワーは水のみ。冷房のない設備で夏場21時過ぎまでギンギンの西日が射し込む部屋でずっと暑い思いをしていたため水のシャワーでも苦にはならなかったのですが、水のみのシャワーの需要性が疑問です。一度ブレーカーも落ちました。スマホの充電とテレビと電気ポットの使用だけでです。備え付のドライヤーは、日本の安宿に置いていそうないかにも髪が傷みそうな安っぽいものでした。それからWi-Fiの電波がとても弱く、何度も途切れてしまいました。ロビーではそうでもなかったのですが、部屋ではずっとイライラする通信環境。ホテル側に一度申告しましたが、正常だとの回答のみ。朝食は立派でメニューが豊富で充実していましたが、量が多いため、外でグルメを楽しみたい人はほどほどにすることをおすすめします。四つ星と感じたのは朝食のみでした。

Good access to the bay facilities and easy walking. The room was very special having twin aspect windows one north out across the Irish Sea and one east along the promenade and bay

The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. We stayed for one night and from start to finish our stay was exceptional. All of the staff from the reception to the dining room to the bar were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. All customer facing institutions should send their staff here for lessons on how customer service should be. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the quietest we have ever stayed in. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening and breakfast the following morning was equally as good. We ate in the terrace which was a fabulous setting overlooking the sea. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We felt pampered and well looked after and would definitely stay there again.

I requested a sea view room and we had a lovely room at the top of the hotel with a balcony and views over Llandudno

Friendly and efficient staff; character Victorian hotel on sea front. Would definitely return, and Llandudno is an attractive town worth coming back to too.

Nice staff and clean rooms. Would be better if there is a small fridge in the room.

The service and staff are unparalleled - personable, efficient and professional. Well kept property that only lacks some sort of air moving/handling, ceiling fans, etc.

Just a 1 night stay but enjoyed my stay very much was well looked after by all the friendly staff
