シャワーの水量調節が難しい。床が水浸しになる。 バスルームと同じコンセントが部屋にも一箇所必要です。

至る所で四つ星を強調していますが、これまで利用した四つ星ホテルの中では最低でした。朝食サービス以外はとても四つ星とは思えません。まず、無駄に広い、いや、広すぎるバスルーム。バスタブがあったのは嬉しかったが、あの広さは無意味。その分なのかどうか、部屋が狭くてベッドと机の間を通るのもやっとというくらい。お湯とお水の蛇口は別なので温度調節が難しく、固定された別口のシャワーは水のみ。冷房のない設備で夏場21時過ぎまでギンギンの西日が射し込む部屋でずっと暑い思いをしていたため水のシャワーでも苦にはならなかったのですが、水のみのシャワーの需要性が疑問です。一度ブレーカーも落ちました。スマホの充電とテレビと電気ポットの使用だけでです。備え付のドライヤーは、日本の安宿に置いていそうないかにも髪が傷みそうな安っぽいものでした。それからWi-Fiの電波がとても弱く、何度も途切れてしまいました。ロビーではそうでもなかったのですが、部屋ではずっとイライラする通信環境。ホテル側に一度申告しましたが、正常だとの回答のみ。朝食は立派でメニューが豊富で充実していましたが、量が多いため、外でグルメを楽しみたい人はほどほどにすることをおすすめします。四つ星と感じたのは朝食のみでした。

Nice old hotel with its charm.

The hotel was nice but food and drink was expensive the coffee and tea in the room was very underwhelming the cheeps coffee 2 biscuits and 4 small pots of milk but the bottle water was a nice touch

A lovely hotel which takes you on a trip into the past. Pleasant staff on reception and serving at the bar and restaurant. We had a harp player on the first night and on the piano the second which was excellent background when sitting on the covered balcony overlooking the sea. The only issue was the heat in the 5th floor bedroom where a fan was provided but the window did not open far enough to cool the air at night. We were lucky to get parking in the small car park at the rear of the building but this may be an issue for some people. Would love to visit again.

The room was very clean and well serviced the staff were excellent the breakfast was very good and the balcony good. The food was not upto our expectations it was quite poor and no change of menue all week. We could not get onto the enternet on our fire tablets. We found this was poor as we rely on them for lots of things. .

Room 201 Positives lovely bathroom, bed was comfy, nice to have a separate area for clothes/shoes/suitcase. Negatives Room was tired and over looks flat roof to lower level. Extractor on flat roof was noisy, weather very hot but no air con in room so an uncomfortable sleep. A desktop fan was provided but was too noisy to leave on during the night. Overall staff were very pleasant, breakfast was average, evening meal was good. Bar area was very nice with relaxing live music - piano & harp. Lovely view over the seafront and the Orme.

Excellent place to stay. The food was fantastic. Loved how we could just walk around the area, and still get back to the hotel pretty easily.

The room was lovely and spacious with places to relax. We loved the pool and the spa tub and the gym is well equipped. We ate at the hotel at night and the food was delicious, reasonably priced and service from all the staff was excellent too, we'll be back!

Breakfast was lovely as were staff Little niggles around expectation at that price point inc plastic bottled water, Nescafé instant coffee and uht milk - no fridge.

Stayed last in 2024 & was impressed then & now in 2026....still as impressive. Well done to the Imperial staff, you deliver an excellent customer experience. We will be back.
