シャワーの水量調節が難しい。床が水浸しになる。 バスルームと同じコンセントが部屋にも一箇所必要です。

至る所で四つ星を強調していますが、これまで利用した四つ星ホテルの中では最低でした。朝食サービス以外はとても四つ星とは思えません。まず、無駄に広い、いや、広すぎるバスルーム。バスタブがあったのは嬉しかったが、あの広さは無意味。その分なのかどうか、部屋が狭くてベッドと机の間を通るのもやっとというくらい。お湯とお水の蛇口は別なので温度調節が難しく、固定された別口のシャワーは水のみ。冷房のない設備で夏場21時過ぎまでギンギンの西日が射し込む部屋でずっと暑い思いをしていたため水のシャワーでも苦にはならなかったのですが、水のみのシャワーの需要性が疑問です。一度ブレーカーも落ちました。スマホの充電とテレビと電気ポットの使用だけでです。備え付のドライヤーは、日本の安宿に置いていそうないかにも髪が傷みそうな安っぽいものでした。それからWi-Fiの電波がとても弱く、何度も途切れてしまいました。ロビーではそうでもなかったのですが、部屋ではずっとイライラする通信環境。ホテル側に一度申告しましたが、正常だとの回答のみ。朝食は立派でメニューが豊富で充実していましたが、量が多いため、外でグルメを楽しみたい人はほどほどにすることをおすすめします。四つ星と感じたのは朝食のみでした。

Room spotless,Very nice dinner and excellent breakfast all topped off with amazing staff in reception and the morning and evening teams in the restaurant.Nothing to fault .Very enjoyable one night stay for theatre trip.

Very comfortable room but would have been better with privacy curtains. Hotel itself wasn’t what we’d hoped for, especially after staying at the other 4* property The St George previously. The breakfast offering for a 4* property was quite poor and not well presented. The Christmas decorations were quite underwhelming.

Great selection and cooked perfectly

The room was amazing with the fabulous view of the sea, great to hear the crashing waves in a morning! What we like about the "Imperial" is the warm welcome we always get, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is the best. What we like is that some members of staff have been there for a long time & nothing is too much trouble for them! Breakfast here is so good!

Lovely staff! From reception to bar to breakfast staff, all helpful and friendly!

The room was spotless and beds comfortable, I would have liked a small fridge for water etc and a more contemporary style but I acknowledge this would not be with the keeping of the style of the hotel. I can’t fault the staff quality of food and total experience. Thank you and I feel confident that I could return as a solo guest.

ALL the staff were friendly , helpful and excellent. The hotel was very clean , tidy and well decorated with ample seating areas. Our room was very spacious and well maintained. The breakfast was an enjoyable and the quality of food was good. Great location opposite the beach.

Room very clean and comfortable, staff excellent in bar and restaurant and also the reception. Best hotel experience that we have had ever. Would certainly return. Food very good and reasonably priced as was the drinks and breakfast unbeatable.
