The best thing was we got into are room earlier because it was ready alot of hotels don't let you go in untill the time it says . So thank you for that.

ALL the staff were friendly , helpful and excellent.
The hotel was very clean , tidy and well decorated with ample seating areas.
Our room was very spacious and well maintained.
The breakfast was an enjoyable and the quality of food was good.
Great location opposite the beach.

Room very clean and comfortable, staff excellent in bar and restaurant and also the reception. Best hotel experience that we have had ever. Would certainly return. Food very good and reasonably priced as was the drinks and breakfast unbeatable.

Hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed in.
If I had to be critical, the only two negatives are the noise in the swimming pool area, which they may not be able to change, extracting fans and no guaranteed parking.
I left my vehicle in place the whole stay.
The town centre is just around the corner and there are lots of different restaurants, and cafes.

Hotel staff were really nice, nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed the wonderful breakfasts and had a lovely 70th Birthday meal in Chantreys. Food was excellent. Plenty of Gluten Free options for my friend.
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and warm. Looking forward to a return visit.

Lovely clean, spacious room. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Used pool and steam room/sauna, nice clean areas. Hotel reception staff welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rest of hotel kept clean and well presented, bar and restaurant areas are nice too. Lovely lights in corridor from reception to lifts. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

A range of staff, all of who are friendly and welcoming. Particularly so at breakfast and dinner times. They are respectful andboatient with the many elderly and often mobility challenged guests
Food was also good although I do prefer breakfast served to my table.
