Very clean ,comfy bed , overall very nice , no noise as wedding on one night , breakfast was excellent,

A range of staff, all of who are friendly and welcoming. Particularly so at breakfast and dinner times. They are respectful andboatient with the many elderly and often mobility challenged guests Food was also good although I do prefer breakfast served to my table.

A lovely place to stay; deserving of its 4 stars without being stuffy. Excellent gluten free breakfast options. 10 mins walk from the railway station and from shops and restaurants, right on the prom.

The Hotel is in a very good position and you are able to sit and have a coffee looking over the sea

Not far from train 🚆 station, friendly staff helpful, I will stay again , nice hotel just to sit and let the world go by , food and drink available all day , plenty to do around the area the town is lovely , like a time gone by .

Nice and relaxing

No walk in shower was available, apparently most rooms have a shower over the bath. This is not very convenient when guests are only semi-ambulant.

Staff were excellent. Breakfast team were very attentive and went out of their way to ensure that our group of 8 had everything we required.

Excellent hotel – very clean and spacious. The breakfast is great, and the staff are extremely welcoming. Everything you need is close by

The staff were great all round, very helpful. The hotel is well located, close to the train station, buses, shops, restaurants and by the sea side. A bit dated. The room was extremely hot during the night. Unable to leave windows open due to fear of seagulls coming into the room, we had one right on the window ledge trying to come in at some point. The staff and location made the difference.
