The greeting was excellent and room as expected. This is still an older hotel but has good dollar value. I don't think the ice machine on the 3rd floor has worked in 2 years which is annoying. Pizza Nova at the corner was excellent and delivered in a blizzard. Pool is tiny but OK. Don't expect a hot "free included" breakfast. Coffee was good. Been there before will probably check around next time. And of course depends on your reason for visit. Its a distance from Mapleview Dr.

It was ok. First time in 8yrs my wife and I got away by ourselves. There were a bunch of random kids running around our floor screaming and playing. Our room was nice but now cleaned the best. We found left over items from someone’s Valentines Day stay and hair in the sink. We mentioned this to the front desk and were told that they would speak to their housekeeping.

Our rooms were spotless as per usual at this location. Staff is great. They make you feel at home.

Room was good, but when using the tub there was dead skin looking stuff floating everytime it was filled and drained

Very noisy hotel. Could hear ppl above us just like they were in the room with us. Hardly slept bc of it!

Staff was kind. Check in went well. The room had a strange smell... Almost like stale cigarette smoke? We checked in late, and left early for a minor hockey game so didn't try to move rooms.

They must improve in the Continental breakfast

Very Clean & quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast, only issue was the parking lot had not been plowed and it was extremely difficult to navigate.

Staff was nice - the pool was tiny

What stood out was nothing stood out and from the the booking, to the quality of the room to the check. I will do this again.

As per usual everything absolutely most excellent, staff are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, assistive, accommodating and professional in their conduct and service, always going over and above to make certain that guests stays are pleasant, safe, welcoming and respectful. Any rowdy, noisy, disrespectful or otherwise are not tolerated and immediately dismissed from the premises. The only disadvantageous slight inconvenience is the lack of onsite guests laundry services availability hence the need for accessing the public laundry services a short distance away at a nearby shopping centre plaza otherwise all else is incredibly amazing.

Room was clean

The room was clean and bed / pillows comfy. Our room on 3rd floor was above the main floor door where smokers were in and out all night so a bit disruptive. The breakfast was very poor with minimal selection, no coffee mugs or plates which I guess is fine considering there was no hot items at all.

Staff was very accomodating , room was nice and private .
