The room is spacious and the location is good. The staff is friendly.

友人と２人で３泊、リーバービュースイートに宿泊しました。空港からは、タクシーで１０分ほどです。少々古い田舎のホテル、といった雰囲気ですが、なんといっても、広いです！廊下も幅広く、泊まった部屋も、２ベッドルームで、それぞれに、キングサイズベッド。それぞれに、空調が付いていて、クローゼットも２つ。ゆったり過ごせます。ホテルの立地も、町のど真ん中です。すべての設備が古く痛んでいます。また、スタッフが、どの人も親切で丁寧です。空調の使い方が分からなくて部屋に来てもらったり、レストランを紹介してもらったり、訪問先の予約をしてもらったりしましたが、どのスタッフもにこやかに世話を焼いてくれました。テラスにも４人掛けのテーブル・椅子があり、夏ならここでビールを飲んでも良さそうです。川の手前に道路がありますが、車は少なかったです。

スタッフがとてもfriendlyで、部屋もとても清潔感があり、すてきなホテルでした。 ただ、お風呂が故障しており、修理をしてもらいました。ですが、対応も迅速でよかったです。

Did get 2 king sized beds after I called and asked. All 5 people had to share one bed so some slept on the floor with the sheet as a blanket. Couldn’t go to reception because we checked in right before closing time

Well other than the fact that it was cozy. some of the basics like water, wasn't provided. Shower check should be done before you assign the room to someone. The shower of our room was broken and they had to transfer us to another room. The hotel is too big and there are to multiple ways to go about your room, so be ready for a lot of walking if the room is far away from the entrance. And the swimming pool, something i was looking forward to, wasn't clean at all and was closed.

Close proximity to Tatapouri restaurant and central to city centre. Enjoyed walk down the street and people watching. City feels safe v

Great location, great views, lovely check in staff. The only thing missing is the teaspoons for your cup of tea!!!

I was surprised at the size of the rooms—they were very generous. The decor could use an update, but for the price, it was very good. I definitely would stay again and recommend it to others.

Miserable stay, lights are broken, air con noisy and bathroom had plumbing issues. It started flooding once using the shower and made it unbearable to stay. We were given another room to stay but again same problems, noisy air con and the bed was broken too. We were charged for two nights even though we only stayed one night since it was that bad we wanted to leave and stay somewhere else. We were promised a refund and they didn't even cooperate with that. I had to always initiate conversation and they have the same excuse its upto the owner who is based in India. A clear breach of Consumer Guarantees Act by this hotel. We stayed February 2025.

Room upgrade, street liggt outside was strobing all night. Otherwise good

The property is pretty run down and has suffered noticeable water damage, but the staff are friendly and helpful and do the best they can with what they have. The room was large, and tidy, and not overly noisy.

Very run down hotel. Noisy fan constantly running in the bathroom. Did have all you needed in the room. And the bed was comfy. Just very three star accommodation and the price reflects it so can’t complain. Would only stay for one night for a quick stop over.

Our stay was good, room was large & also had a separate bedroom with two single beds, did not use that room but would have if there was a queen bed instead of singles. We had a balcony which was pool view. Nice to sit out there in the evening. It was a pity that the pool was not in a clean state, they obviously have a problem with birds as the pool was littered with bird feathers & looked unkempt. Its such a shame the pool area is not looked after as it wouldve been lovely to relax by the pool. Overall the hotel was good & very close to shops, cafes & restaurants.

Location is good. Noisy place. Room service terrible. Took cups to wash i guess and forgot to return them same with towels.never topped up tea and coffee for the whole week i was there.

The room not good clean probably!Not change the sheets .The sheets had a hair and bad smelly!Not good clean the table and had a cigarette butt in the ashtray.the carpet too old and dirty! Not good stay

Loved my stay alway a pleasure rooms are tidy staff are friendly and love the pool
