夜遅くの到着になることを伝えていましたが、親切に迎えてくれました。4泊しましたが、部屋の床の掃除は入ってない様子でした。朝食は焼きたてのパンがありおいしかったです。

Location is good. Staffs are nice and helpful. I stayed in a single room which is a bit small but equipped with everything. Will definitely stay here if I visit Venizia again.

The heater in the shower room didn't work, the minibar was working but not cold, and the room was unlocked several times after cleaning.

何といってもロケーションが最高 サンマルコ広場に近く、高級ブティック街に面してして観光に便利 ホテルの人も親切でした 私はぶらっと一人旅で荷物は少なく、部屋はシングルでしたが、狭いので大きいスーツケースを持ってきた人は、広げるのは大変かもしれません

フロントの方は親切で感じよかったです。朝食の飲み物はホットチョコレートも選べてよかったのですが、野菜がもう少しあるとありがたかったです。

Most hotels including this hotel in Venice are very expensive. I searched affordable economy hotel and found this hotel. But it took more than 120 euros per one night. I could take advantage of accessibility to city central in return for that costs.

Room was clean personnel very helpful

Nice place. Just prepare to take the water taxi & don't try to walk it, in the heat. Very centrally located & easy to see all the sights nearby.

No restaurant -Outside there are tables to relax on.

Great location close to Saint Mark’s plaza and all kinds of transportation. Very polite and helpful staff.

Location brilliant, let us into the room very early as it was ready. Great breakfast, lovely staff especially the lady doing breakfast. Great little hotel.

The location was fantastic. It was close to San Marco square and many shops, restaurants and attractions. The bed was reasonably comfortable although not for tall people. The bathroom was beautiful with an efficient shower. The airco was fantastic and welcome after a day in the sun.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Venedig. Das Personal am Empfang ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist allerdings enttäuschend. Wenig Auswahl und der Service ist schlecht. Tische werden nicht sauber gemacht, für Kaffee muss man aktiv auf die Mitarbeitenden zugehen. Frühstück lohnt sich nicht.

Localização excelente mas precisa de reforma. Entrada com tapetes imundos e velhos, cheiro ruim no corredor; ducha do banheiro sem apoio para sabonete e shampoo e com portas que se expadiam deixando o chão todo molhado

The shower head would not stay up so you could not shower. I had to hold the wand for a family member to shower

Hotel was quaint. Breakfast was more substantial than expected. Staff was very helpful. Great location. Only slight negative as an American I was a bit warm and humid but it was not uncomfortably so and might just be a Venetian thing.

Das Zimmer war immer sehr sauber und roch teilweise sehr gut. Das Hotel an sich befindet sich im Herzen von Venedig und man konnte direkt ins italienische Leben eintauchen. Auch das Frühstück in Form eines Buffets war super sowie das Personal
