Very in the middle of the main area

The heater in the shower room didn't work, the minibar was working but not cold, and the room was unlocked several times after cleaning.

何といってもロケーションが最高 サンマルコ広場に近く、高級ブティック街に面してして観光に便利 ホテルの人も親切でした 私はぶらっと一人旅で荷物は少なく、部屋はシングルでしたが、狭いので大きいスーツケースを持ってきた人は、広げるのは大変かもしれません

フロントの方は親切で感じよかったです。朝食の飲み物はホットチョコレートも選べてよかったのですが、野菜がもう少しあるとありがたかったです。

Most hotels including this hotel in Venice are very expensive. I searched affordable economy hotel and found this hotel. But it took more than 120 euros per one night. I could take advantage of accessibility to city central in return for that costs.

Overall, I had a positive experience at this hotel and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Venice. The Highlights: The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful perk, and the front desk staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. We were given a top-floor room on the third floor, which turned out to be excellent. The blackout window coverings were particularly impressive—they completely blocked out light and helped us get great sleep. The room and bedding were clean, and the location is fantastic, with easy access to everything Venice has to offer. Room for Improvement: Communication before arrival could be better—the hotel didn't respond to my pre-trip message, and the location was a bit tricky to find initially. Some clearer directions would be helpful. The room itself could benefit from better lighting that's more easily accessible, and in general, everything was nice and spacious except the bathroom and shower which felt a bit cramped. The hallway carpets outside were dirty and could use refreshing. There's only one elevator, and it moves quite slowly, so factor in extra time if you're on an upper floor. Would I Return? Yes, I would stay here again. The free breakfast, helpful staff, clean accommodations, and excellent location outweigh the minor inconveniences. Just be prepared for a cozy room and don't expect lightning-fast elevator service.

Tudo (quase) muito bom. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou. Pedi para consertar. O atendente foi gentil e disse que resolveria. Só que não resolveu. Quando perguntei sobre o conserto, ele disse: sua diária termina amanhã e depois será consertado. O clima ajudou 18-21º.

Hotel was noticeably older, but don’t let that stop you. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Una ubicación absolutamente perfecta, a pocos metros de plaza San Marco, cerca de todas las tiendas con las mejores marcas, cerca del paradero para tomar el iconico Vaporetto. El hotel bastante, bien tanto en servicios como habitación, cuenta con cómodo elevador en el lobby; quizá el único detalle fue el baño y la ducha que eran un poco pequeños pero es por mi altura y tamaño más que todo, quizá otras personas ni siquiera lo considerarían. Gracias por todo y sin duda lo recomendaría.
