The room was clean and the staff was freindly. They let me and my freinds leave out bags in a separate room before we checked in and after we checked out which made our trip so much easier and less stressful!

1. Hotel is conveniently close to Piazza San Marco and is in a very safe area 2. The night receptionists were very helpful and super accommodating 3. Cleaning staff were super nice 4. The only complaint I have is that the older bearded fair-complexioned day receptionist is very grouchy. Please ask him to smile

The courtyard was private and relaxing. If there was an airport shuttle I was not aware of it.

Delightful space in a great location. Having a person at the desk was a great help for check In and check out. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple days, and it was very good. The Murano chandelier in the bedroom was a nice touch.

We booked 2 rooms with double beds. One room was great, nice and large and updated. The second room was the size of a shoe box. Literally just a double bed with enough space to just walk around it. There was no where to put our suitcases and you definitely could not leave them open anywhere. The entire room was dated. The flush for the toilet was almost broken - as soon as you pushed it, the fixture almost came off the wall. There was no light above the mirror, just capped off wires. We inquired about moving rooms right away and was told to check the next day. We spoke with the desk clerk the next day. He showed us 3 rooms that had just checked out and we were able to choose a room which was MUCH better. A bit larger and updated which was such an upgrade from the first room. The location is great, central to everything and blissfully quiet at night.

Excellent location near the city center. However, there was no storage space or shelving in the room, the bathroom, or the shower.

The best perk of the hotel is definitely its location. It is close to everything, and we really enjoyed it. A nice breakfast was included, and the staff were very friendly. Be aware that the hotel is very traditional Venetian in style. It was clean. One night it was very humid, and the other night it was quite cold (typical May temperatures).

The location was really great for walking to the main piazza . The breakfast was really good and the room was very clean The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the hallways and stairs need to be vacuumed and cleaned This didn’t affect the very nice room but it doesn’t give a good impression walking to the room. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. Also, very glad they had an elevator - we lugged heavy suitcases up and down stairs too often😀. The air conditioning was a ++

Great stay! I liked that it was tucked away so as a solo traveller I felt very safe. The staff was great as well.

Bed was stiff. Pillow was very flat. We were provided only a very thin top sheet and no comforter.

I did not get the room that was advertised and, when I requested a change, the gentleman at the front desk very dramatically noted that NO ONE has ever been unhappy with that particular room, which featured damp bedlinens, a bathroom with rusted fixtures and cracked tiles, and a view of a brick wall, not to mention the woefully outdated decor. To further illustrate the ambiance of the hotel, another employee was loudly clipping his nails at the front desk and thought nothing of it.

O ar condicinado deixou um pouco a desejar. Os comandos para liga-lo nao sao de facil entendimento. Banheiro bastante apertado, e o quarto um pouco pequeno, mas confortavel. Bons traveseiro, colchao bom, e boa roupa de cama . Equipe de funcionarios muito atenciosa. A localizaçao é maravilhosa. Recomendo, e me hospedaria novamente.
