３週間滞在中、部屋の掃除が４〜５回来ない事が有りました。 隣まで来てるのに、なぜか一番端の私たちの所は忘れてしまったようです。 室内の椅子も汚れ染みがひどく、とても座れる状態ではなかったです。勿論変えてもらいました。TVもあったのですが、リモコンが使えなかったです。クレームを言って、４日後にやっと電池を替えてくれました。

Highly recommend a stay at this location. Staff was wonderful especially Olivia. We had a large, clean suite with two bedrooms, each with their own TV. The kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, dining table and chairs meant we could comfortably eat there. Close to amenities and the 401 lowing easy access.

Property was clean and staff were friendly and professional.

We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through.

From the website I visited which was not the hotels website... Hotels.com it did not state that it was a college residence... So shocked when I got there. Terrible deception!

Well, the room was clean, but that covers basically all the positives from my experience. I had to stay there for work.

Kitchen totally bare. No Kleenex in bathroom. Had there been a coffee pod or tea bag & paper cup, the room would have felt more welcoming after a long flight. The TV reception was poor as well. But, it was clean & safe-feeling, a perfect location for us & affordable.All in all, a good stay with very good staff at reception.

Used to be a great deal to stay at residences for ball tournaments very cheap, but knowing what you’re getting. Now they charge hotel prices without offering any hotel perks or conveniences. Single beds are garbage, paper thin walls and the tv picture and sound in every room for our team cut out and froze every 14 seconds. Really disappointed this time around. If we’re paying hotel prices, we will just stay at an actual hotel next time. Big positive was the lady at the front desk was fantastic and very accommodating allowing me to check in a little early during a thunderstorm delay. Hreat customer service!
