部屋が城のはなれだった。事前にその情報が欲しかった。

外観は中世のお城然としていて趣が有ります。ロビーやレストランの内装も素敵でスタッフも愛想が良いです。部屋もアップグレードしてくれました。ただし客室は寒くて僅かですがカビ臭く余り快適では有りませんでした。元々ついてるセントラルヒーティングが壊れており、代わりのヒーターは備え付けられてますが貧弱です。こちらの人達は寒さに強いので大丈夫なのかもしれませんが、我々には少しきつかったです。特にバスルームは代わりのヒーターも無く、シャワーが温まるのに時間がかかって大変でした。滞在したのは1月です。

Brilliant Hotel and Staff, extremely handy for shopping centres and rail link within walking distance. Wonderful evening meal and relaxing bar area. Definitely be back.

I go every year in this hotel for the Valentines Days or anniversary

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Bar was open late for residents, was welcoming and the barman was fun and friendly. Great experience and will definitely return.

Friendly and very helpful staff

We had an amazing couple nights’ stay at the Sherbrooke. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at least once during our stay and every meal was deliciously prepared with sizable portions. The beef and ale pie was more than enough for both of us. The rooms are aged, but quite comfortable with a homey feel. The entire place is quite lovely and quaint. They took care in decorating for Christmas and really made for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back and stay again.

Very friendly, great service and spacious rooms. Beautifully decorated for Christmas as well. Our stay was not long enough and we would come back again!

The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly, and responsive. However our room was dirty, there were stains/dirt on the sheets, comforter, and pillows. The building is quite old and the inside needs an update. All the furniture and carpets look old and over worn/used.

The hotel was beautiful, but it’s in a much more urban environment than the photos will lead you to believe. The grassy area of the grounds is smaller than a tennis court. They also had a charity ball the night we were there in an event space directly below our room, and the music kept us up well past midnight. Not particularly romantic as a result.

Not much around the hotel. A mile from anything. Room was not overly large in the tower and had a musty smell.

This was a interesting hotel as it was older and in a quiet neighborhood.

After long drive was nice to park easily and not have to move the car. Restaurant/bar was opened and atmosphere was welcoming. Room was excellent

Our stay was fabulous. Every person on staff were extremely friendly, professional and efficient. In particular the food was excellent and our waiter Scott was beyond great.

Stay was great, we even got upgraded to a junior suite that had a couch and big bath tub! Thank you!!

Large rooms, great service, amazing restaurant and great staff. Would recommend to anyone staying in Glasgow happy to be out of the city centre.
