部屋が城のはなれだった。事前にその情報が欲しかった。

外観は中世のお城然としていて趣が有ります。ロビーやレストランの内装も素敵でスタッフも愛想が良いです。部屋もアップグレードしてくれました。ただし客室は寒くて僅かですがカビ臭く余り快適では有りませんでした。元々ついてるセントラルヒーティングが壊れており、代わりのヒーターは備え付けられてますが貧弱です。こちらの人達は寒さに強いので大丈夫なのかもしれませんが、我々には少しきつかったです。特にバスルームは代わりのヒーターも無く、シャワーが温まるのに時間がかかって大変でした。滞在したのは1月です。

Beautiful rooms friendly staff great location. Walking distance to downtown Glasgow if you didn't mind walking a bit.

We loved the property, afternoon tea, dinner, and staff. Exploring the neighborhood and Pollock Park were highlights. The only downside was that this was a splurge for us to say we had stayed in a “castle” in Scotland. To our surprise, our room was around back, not in the actual castle. It was disappointing, but we weren’t going to let it ruin our stay.

This was someone's home that they modeled into a castle, just a forewarning, if you're looking for history - there isn't any. But the service was beyond stellar, the bed was super comfy and the shower was outstanding! This is not in a walkable part of town. But the restaurant was lovely and the bar keep was incredibly inviting at 10:30 pm when our bodies were on a different time zone.

Excellent in every category. No issues or problems. Just what a vacation is supposed to be like.

The high tea was phenomenal all around. The room was very clean, the view was nice and the price was on point.

Al final de cuentas no nos quedamos dentro del castillo, nos hospedaron en unas habitaciones que estan por fuera. La alfombra de la habitación se sentía sucia como si tuviera humedad. El castillo es lindo pero no me encantó el sitio de nuestra habitación y esa sensación de humedad.

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful

Lovely hotel not quite what I expected as we upgraded to a suite and it was not what I expected I was hoping for a bit more that why we got. Staff are great food is good but service let the food down just very slow

Where do we begin? We arrived at the hotel, and the staff was courteous and very accommodating. Lunch and dinner at the hotel was exquisite, the room was clean and immaculately appointed, and our night’s sleep was peaceful. The Sherbrooke is a hidden gem, and we will tell anyone who visits Glasgow to stay there! Thank you all for such a marvelous stay.

The staff was quite friendly. The room I had was quite misleading: though it said “executive” it was far from it. No elevator so 4 flights of stairs, narrow passages. There was no refrigerator, but beds were comfy. A child’s unicorn sticker was left behind on the ceiling. The bathroom was not quite helpful unless all you wanted to do is use water facilities. The mirror was a table top mirror that rested at a small child’s height—so for someone over 40, hunching over to get ready was not ergonomically sound. It appeared an attic space or small child’s room

Very clean and comfortable room. The staff were helpful and courteous. I would stay again.

Good location with on-site parking. Entrance, bar and restaurant area are warm and attractive. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room is on the top floor (we always get the top room!). Our room is quite spacious spotlessly clean, comfortable, and nice.ly decorated.
