プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。

Superb hotel set in a stunning area. The views from the hotel room are breathtaking. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are superb. The bar and restaurant offers terrific variety of food and drink, which is all high quality. This is all the more impressive given how remote the area where the hotel is. The spa is world class. A must stay.

Travellers should be pre warned that they are on 4th floor with no lifts and amenities

The hotel is excellent—this is our second time here, the first was two years ago. The food is delicious, the facilities are spacious with beautiful scenery, and the service from all the hotel staff is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Never had a better view in a hotel in my life - Absolutely gorgeous. The amenities such as indoor pool and spa plus daily free offerings for guests (documentary, asado, etc) were such lovely additions to the experience. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Best breakfast. Hotel has multiple restaurants as well, which was helpful in such a remote location - a fantastic location at that.

Hotel perfeito, simplesmente ao lado da entrada do parque. Dizer que o hotel está localizado fora do parque é só um detalhe… Quarto confortável com vista deslumbrante da montanha. Comida deliciosa.

Really nice stay

Petit den varié, chambre avec une belle vue sur la montagne mais femme de ménage ne fait que le lit et changer les serviettes, pas de ménage quotidienne

This hotel is stunning. The staff were so helpful upon check in and also in advance. We managed to organize horse riding with The Massif even though we only had the one night there. They had a free seafood dish on offer which was yummy and we also dined in the restaurant, food was excellent. Breakfast buffet is definitely the best we’ve had in Chile. Views are unmatched, the extra large windows make the most of this. Rooms were incredibly clean and well prepared. We enjoyed the added bonus of the sauna and swimming pool. Really cant complain! It’s was a fabulous stay for our last night in Torres Del Paine!

This hotel was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment you walk through the doors you immediately realize the sense of coziness, the attention to detail, the friendly staff, the cleanliness, the positive vibes, and my personal favorite the most spectacular view in all of Torres Del Paines! There is no better view in the entire park. I highly recommend this hotel without any reservations.
