リオ セラーノ ホテル + スパ

プエルトナタレスからバスで国立公園管理局まで3時間、さらにそこまでホテルからピックアップに来てもらって、とかなり不便ですが、お部屋やレストランからパイネの山々が見渡すことができ、素晴らしいロケーションです。 毎日いろいろなエクスカーションがあり、グレイ湖氷河遊覧クルーズ、フランセス谷への往復5時間のトレッキング、ビューポイントをバスで巡るツアー、に参加しました。山の天気で、強風だったり、雨がパラついたりと、刻々と変わり、残念ながらトーレスデルパイネを見ることはできませんでしたが、スタッフがとても親切でいろいろ楽しませてくれたり、また他の参加者とも話したりして、とても楽しく過ごしました。 が、ピックアップ代、エクスカーション代、全てお金がかかります。

Stayed 4 nights and this is an amazing way to experience Torres Del Paine. We’d spend hours just staring at the view from the hotel. But it was also so easy to access the various hikes and sights of the park. The food was consistently good (some of the best we had on our trip through South America) and the staff was so friendly and professional. On-site trekking company meant we always had the choice to do something, although we had a car so could venture off on our own too. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Best hotel we stayed in Chile

Incrível!! Apenas o jantar do restaurante não achei tão surpreendente pelo valor. Mas os lanches do bar estavam ótimos! O hotel é lindo , confortável, super bem localizado!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt vor dem Eingang zum Nationalpark. Der schöne Wellness-Bereich lädt zum Entspannen nach den Wanderungen ein. Im Hotel sehr gute Beratung zum Nationalpark durch dafür vorhandenes Personal. Tolles Angebot an Essensmöglichkeiten, die Snackbar haben wir jeden Abend aufgesucht :-)

Our stay here was fabulous! I highly, highly recommend Rio Serrano Hotel & Spa. There are spectacular views from everywhere in the hotel. All of the food was amazing, particularly the complimentary wood smoked lamb and sopapias we were surprised with one afternoon. We booked 2 excursions through The Massif: Lago Gray and Base Torres. Both were phenomenal experiences, and we were very well taken care of. Rio Serrano went above and beyond, even surprising us with a picnic after our long Base Torres hike. They don't nickel and dime guests like so many hotels do. We stayed 3 nights and didn't want to leave! It was quite honestly the best hotel experience my husband and I have had. We hope to return to Patagonia in the future, and we will definitely be staying here. Thank you so much, Rio Serrano Hotel and The Massif, for being the highlight of our Patagonian adventure!

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff too! Everyone was soo kind! Its is stunning and im so grateful to have stayed there. My reasoning was the base of the towers hike as this hotel shaves some of the distance off and you can relax! Great spa and great excusions too. The horses coming in and out are the most amazinf view ever!

Las vistas que tienen simplemente son espectaculares , todos fueron muy amables , el hotel es muy bonito , la comida es muy rica , me parecía un poco caro el hotel pero lo vale, yo regresaría sin pensarlo.

A wonderful hotel with great facilities and a very friendly and helpful staff. They offer many tours to Torres del Paine, but I would recommend to drive there with a 4x4 rental car, which will give you maximum flexibility if you plan to do your hiking tours without guides.

Great hotel, clean, neat, well managed, staff service is excellent, 2nd floor restaurant the food is fabulous, in particular rainbow trout, breakfast is nice too. I arrived early and changed room in between, each time they helped moved my luggages. I will give a five star.

The hotel itself (lounges, restaurants, area outside) is beautiful but the rooms leave much to be desired for the price. We paid over $400 for a standard room and the bathroom was not updated at all. In addition, the shower grout did not look clean.

It in one of the best at Patagonia, spectacular glacier park view with variety excursions offered by an onsite excursion company. Staff snd services are excellent. Their roast lsmb serviced outside was the best
