部屋はきれいに管理されていると思いますが、3泊の宿泊中、部屋の床は掃除機をかけられていなかったように思います。またバスタオルは日本でよく使われているサイズの2倍の大きなバスタオルが備えられていましたか、フェイスタオルはありませんでした。私は自分のタオルを念のために持参していましたので大丈夫でしたが、女性は特にフェイスタオルもほしいと感じるのではないでしょうか？ また、部屋には「電気をつけっぱなしにしないでください」など、「〜しないでください」の注意書きがいくつも壁に貼られていて、中には常識外れの行動をする宿泊者もいるのかもしれませんが、いくつもの注意書きがあるのは少し窮屈に感じました。 オーナーの女性は親切でした。

オーナーの方は大変親切、温かみのあるホテルです。 非常に快適に過ごせました。 イギリスによくあるB＆Bですが、ロビーはあります。 チェックインは玄関横のチャインムを鳴らせば、開けに来てもらえます。 （逆に、オートロックのため、開けっぱなしではありません。） 7.5GBPで食べられるFull English Breakfastもお得感がありました。 シャワーブースしかありませんが、特段不便は感じません。 周辺は住宅街で、静かで安全に感じました。

オーナーがとても親切でした．ツインで予約したはずなのになぜかダブルでの予約となってしまっていましたが，すぐにツインルームへ変更してくれました．部屋は清潔感があり，快適に過ごせました．

Selber einchecken hat funktioniert, aber ich musste ein Videotelefon mit sehr schlechter Audioübertragung benutzen, um herauszufinden, wo ich mein Fahrrad abstellen kann. Es gab eine Garage, die nicht verschlossen war. Das Zimmer für eine Person war das absolute Minimum von Größe. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Das große Licht im Bad funktionierte nicht und an der Wand saß ich eine kleine Kakerlake. Das von Expedia erwähnte Frühstück bekam ich erst nach Aufforderung. Die öffentlichen Räume sind sehr nett, dort kann man sich gut hinsetzen. Die britischen Durchlauferhitzer für die Dusche sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für kurze Aufenthalte ist das Hotel okay.

Very disappointing. Never met the staff. Couldn’t get luggage up the steep narrow steps. Locked luggage down stairs and then couldn’t reach staff to open the closet. There was a notice in the bathroom stating that if we use too much electric we will be charged. There was a bar in the lounge that never did open on a Friday night. There was a bell but nobody responded. Won’t be back.

Perfectly adequate for a short stay. Arrived at 9:20 pm, last guest of the night. Self checking was well defined and easy. The power outlet that served the bedside table did not work. So, no convenient place to charge the phone or make coffee in the morning No hot water for a morning shower at 9 am One sheet on the mattress pad and a comforter, but no top sheet. Large towels but no washcloth If I come staying will spend more for a nicer place

Just spend 4 nights in a Nice room and the bed was Fantastic. The staff was great and helpful, and you can park just outside the house.

Check in was a bit confusing as the property is unattended and I was unsure of the room allocation. I called the owners who clarified things. The property is clean and functional, great as a base for a few days.

Shower wasn't connected properly to the wall and part of it fell away when I switched the shower on. I didn't see any staff ever. Bed was comfortable. Neighbour in the house next door was very noisy.

Had received all the information about checking in along with the room number we were due to be in the morning of checking in i received a call to say there was a issues with the room and that we had been changed to a different one if you are given room 15 its not suitable for a couple. Only saw the proprietor once. Yes it's clean and it's ok for a overnight stay

Room was clean with a nice comfortable bed. Did not meet the hosts whilst there.

Arrived late and left early so saw nobody and didn't use any facilities. Nevertheless, everything worked perfectly. All instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand. The room was fine and spotlessly clean.

Overall a nice quaint and clean stay in Southampton with a straightforward check in/out process and flexible meal options.
