ホテルの対応が非常に悪い。 チックイン時にはフロントに誰もいなく、呼び出しベルを鳴らしても、誰の出て来ない？15分程待っていたら、団体客が来て、やっとチェックイン出来た。時間は現地時間17：00頃です。 部屋の空調設備が、まったく操作できない。 室温22℃設定で、風量調整・機器運転停止もすべて出来ない。フロントに話しても全く改善できず、夜間寒さで風邪をひきそうになり、洋服を着こんで寝ました。 又、部屋の外部正面に、厨房の吹き出し口があり、２４時間うるさく、滞在・就寝の大障害で不快感が、いっぱいです。 又、シャワーのデモ大変悪く、シャワーヘッドを上に向けて出すと、10cm程度しか吹き出しません。温度調整も悪く、温水温度が高すぎるのか全体水状態から、少々お湯にしただけで、やけど、しそうになるくらい熱いお湯になってしまう。 滞在するには、まったく不適合な宿でした。二度度行きませんし、対応を考えた方が良いと思います。

Fantastic place and would definitely return. Buffet breakfast lunch and dinner was brilliant and the surrounds were elite!

We were not informed by Expedia that we only had a half board stay instead of full board. There was no choice offered when making reservations. There was an option for a see view for which I paid extra . I had one pint of a sea view. Do not pay extra as all the rooms are with the see view. Food was poor, not much variety, No one to take your plate away when finished with one course. I guess, they figured one plate is all one need. They never sanitized the table mats, would wipe them with the same rag they used to clean the tables with. Towels- OMG they issue towels twice a day from 10 to noon and from 4 to 5 pm. You must give a 15 euros deposit to get them. The chairs around the pool , not enough for the amount of guests. Watered down drinks. Unfortunately, they have such an amazing coast with poor management and idea what hospitality industry is all about. My suggestion would be go to Cancun for a week and see how it is done .

Zimmer und Essen waren gut, Personal etwas überfordert!

Området kring poolen skitigt och även vid gångar till stranden låg det skräp såsom tomflaskor och glas. Rummen OK, men konstigt med textilmattor? Läget vid stranden är jättefint, det tar inte många minuter att promenera till restauranger. Taxi från flygplatsen tar 5-10 minuter och kostade ca 12 euro med Bolt. Cavtat är jättefint och vackert.

Room was good, everything there what you could expect. Food and drinks quality were absolutely fine. Pool and restaurants were good. Staff was friendly and efficient. All in all - 4 stars

Great family hotel. Very clean. Close to beach. Helpful staff. I made an error in booking a room and Sergej at the front desk was able to assist me - he was so helpful.

This place is amazing. Wish we would have known about it earlier so we could have booked more days there. Nice relaxed atmosphere, feels like a beach resort. Would definitely recommmend it.

Bra läge på gångavstånd från Cavtat. Stort, snyggt hotell med okej buffét. Tunna väggar med dålig ljudisolering så vi fick be grannarna vara tysta flera gånger och till sist byta rum, annars allt okej.

The hotel staff were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were good although the swimming pools were a little cold, well equipped gym to work off the excesses from the all inclusive food offerings. The food was plentiful and the drinks kept flowing, all in all a very pleasant experience.

Excellent location. It has a great boat ride into debrovnik and back allowing you time to visit Dubrovnik for many hours if you like and the total cost was only twenty euros per person. The indoor pool was helpful when raining. The out door pool is a huge area. The evening entertainment was good music for families There were lots of kids here so if you want a quieter spot then this one is not the best.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was rather small, but well equipped, and the bed was really comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were very tasty, and the selection was great. My last night there they had a Croatian Night in the buffet restaurant, and not only did they serve some really tasty local dishes, but they had live Croatian singing. Very friendly and competent staff in the reception as well. And if you're going to Dubrovnik for the day, there are transfer boats docking just a few steps from the pool. The hotel is aging, but generally seems to be really well maintained, and I have a hard time finding anything really negative about it.
