ホテルの対応が非常に悪い。 チックイン時にはフロントに誰もいなく、呼び出しベルを鳴らしても、誰の出て来ない？15分程待っていたら、団体客が来て、やっとチェックイン出来た。時間は現地時間17：00頃です。 部屋の空調設備が、まったく操作できない。 室温22℃設定で、風量調整・機器運転停止もすべて出来ない。フロントに話しても全く改善できず、夜間寒さで風邪をひきそうになり、洋服を着こんで寝ました。 又、部屋の外部正面に、厨房の吹き出し口があり、２４時間うるさく、滞在・就寝の大障害で不快感が、いっぱいです。 又、シャワーのデモ大変悪く、シャワーヘッドを上に向けて出すと、10cm程度しか吹き出しません。温度調整も悪く、温水温度が高すぎるのか全体水状態から、少々お湯にしただけで、やけど、しそうになるくらい熱いお湯になってしまう。 滞在するには、まったく不適合な宿でした。二度度行きませんし、対応を考えた方が良いと思います。

Lot of positives: Outstanding location right across the road from the beach where you can rent lounge chairs with cushions, umbrellas, paddle boards and kayaks for a nominal fee! Two restaurants and a lounge bar bookend the beach! The hotel is also a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town Cavtat and on average 15 minutes away from the airport! The outdoor pool is big and the outdoor areas are well maintained. Guests can also enjoy a sauna room, steam room, and a salt room at no extra charge. The views from the pool, the beach, and rooms with water facing balconies are spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! The negatives: Rooms are very small and the family room would not comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. There are very few outlets in the rooms and only one in the bathroom that is not able to accommodate any adapter making it difficult to get ready. NOTE: the outlets are recessed and circular. In order to use square adapters, an extender is needed. MOST NOTABLY: The food at the breakfast buffet is horrible. All foods are prepared ahead of the time and then placed in pans including eggs and pancakes. There is no table service for coffee or juice and the juice offered is a watered down fruit drink. While we didn't do the all inclusive, lunch and dinner options looked just as bad. The drinks at the bar however were great! ALSO NOTE: clean pool towels are only available one hour a day. Overall, the positives did outweigh the negatives and we enjoyed out stay!

A little bit old hotel but clean and nice, we had bed&breakfast, it was good choice for us Nice beach and good location, good beds and quiet superior room, everything was okey

Really dirty, food was poor canteen quality, with an all inclusive I could not get decaf coffee, the said I had to pay. Save ur money dont do the all inclusive go out and eat. It was horrible

Terrific resort in an engaging vacation town. The amenities at the resort were awesome, and the town has many bars, restaurants, and shops. Our flight was very early, before breakfast was served, so the staff prepared a bag breakfast for us to take to the airport. The sunset from our balcony was spectacular! Just minutes from the Dubrovnik airport. Live entertainment. The only complaint we have is that we didn’t have more time to stay at the resort.

Great location about 15min walk to town along the sea walkway. Bland large hotel with pool.. that has a wonderful view. Nice indoor wellness centre. Food was dreadful so just book breakfast. Nice reception staff.

Nie location, on the beach and closed to the airport.

We had an early flight and did not get a chance to have breakfast, but the staff thoughtfully prepared breakfast packages for us to take along. We also enjoyed the all-you-can-eat dinner at the hotel. When we mentioned that we had just finished a late lunch, the staff kindly offered us a two-for-one price, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding and we highly recommend this hotel!

Spent a fantastic week here Everything is spotlessly clean Great location We paid additional for a sea view and it was well worth it sitting outside with a coffee watching the sunset Beautiful All staff are very friendly and accommodating The food was decent and there was something for everyone Its a 10 min walk into cavtat town which itself is beautiful The ferry to dubrovnik is a one minute walk from the hotel Would have no problem coming here again Thankyou for a great week guys

I say this hotel good for probably older people or families, staff was ok, all-inclusive drinks only local they no clue how to make Mojito overall poor quality cocktails,nice wellness facilities, good location just couple things they have to improve- double beds it's not available in hotel only twin beds they laying on top additional leyar but still we was falling into that gap for us was very uncomfortable I told the main manager to try him self to sleep and he promised to check. And next thing was no evening entertainment at all really borring hotel.

Great hotel and in a god location. It is located around 8 minutes from the airport. The staff were polite and friendly. The food and the options available were really good. Also one thing we discovered is that you can get a ferry to the Old town which is much cheaper that taking a cab

Staffs were helpful. Excellent location, good food quality, reasonably priced. We would have given 5star but there were no functioning AC (which is not new to us) and when we asked for fan, no one actually cared/actioned. For us, it was hot.. and offering a fan could have solved the problem (especially at night). Will I recommend this place- Yes. Will we come again? - Possibly. However, we will definitely check the AC/fan option. No issues otherwise 👍
