The hotel was amazing in terms of location, beach, swimming pools and the dining options. The only reason I would rate it low was due to facilities, such as they did not have iron and when asked it was against their policy to provided an iron. Furthermore, I called the reception multiple times to remind for the pillows and they failed to bring it over, when I went downstairs, I was told that the housekeeping was closed.

Staff was nice and helpful room was clean and tidy but when we booked we asked for large double bed but what we got was twin mattress bed which is not ideal for couple rest was good

Room was clean loved the lavendar bag. Food was adequate reception very helpful

Was looking forward to luxury. Hotel was so not luxury. Double rooms are ALL single beds pushed together. Two separate duvets and a gap in the middle so you can’t sleep together. Very uncomfortable and not ideal for a couples holiday. Indoor pool / changing area / sauna was so disgusting unloved… dark no lights on, grime and limescale on the floor… no we obviously didn’t use it. Breakfast was packed. So staff needed to be quicker on clearing tables and restocking. But no urgency at all. Plus food was very low standard eggs were rubbery or burnt most days. Cleaners for the room basically did nothing everyday minus replace the towels… if they even bothered showing up. We went a few days without and had to request them although we’d been hanging the please clean sign out. Bar isn’t nice. Looks like a boring lobby where they’ve pulled a few old sofas in front of the bar. Also all sofas, breakfast room chairs, chair in the room were really grubby and stained. Literally such a poor standard in this hotel.

If there is a 6 star to give to this facility,I would gladly rate it as a six star. We love this place with its beautiful view overlooking the sea and the rest of the nature around us. This place is so clean and the staffs are so friendly. We will recommend this place to our friends and loved ones. Thank you Everyone for making our stay a memorable one.

The location of the property was brilliant . The meals were great. Also we had the best greeting and check in ever from Igoz . The upgrade too was greatly appreciated. We were only there two nights and will def come back and recommend to theres.

The hotel was ok, good location for cavtat, clean, friendly staff but, it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are very basic, you wouldn't want to spend any time relaxing there. The bar/reception area is also dull. We had one drink and left. 3 star is a more realistic grade.

There was no information about the hotel facilities in the room - no map of the grounds or anything. We had to find out by asking and I am sure we missed out . There was no other food available apart from the buffet so when the weather was bad which it was, we had to eat in the buffet and we were not all-inclusive. The kettle in the room had no plug next to it, there were no tissues or instant coffee sachets. Generally quite dissapointing.

The property was great. Not providing a 2nd key card was irritating.

Pool was too cold. Many parasol's didn't have pins,. so they couldn't be raised. Guests were keeping the pins to ensure they could use a parasol the next day. Very geared to all inclusive guests, so for example we couldn't buy an ice cream on site. Some staff at reception were great, others were not helpful. We couldn't get a second key for our room.

L'hotel è enorme ma posizionato su una stradina che porta al centro dell'abitato con ristoranti, bar e dehor sul porticciolo con viste incantevoli. Al termine della piacevolissima passeggiata di arriva al capolinea del bus 10 che in mezz'oretta porta a Dubrovnik. C'è anche un ufficio turistico. La passeggiata può proseguire poi sul lungo mare con bellissimi paesaggi.

Great food, easy to get drinks, fantastic service and good facilities. Everything very clean and modern.

Room serviced everyday until day before departure. But that wasn’t an issue for us. Towels replaced. Alcohol local and not a great standard. Mostly the staff pleasant. Good convenient location. We went all inclusive as it wasn’t too much extra cost and food of a reasonable standard. Plenty of choice as normal. Some entertainment in hotel and activities. We had no issues with our stay but as in life you get what you pay for. Overall a good stay in a reasonable hotel.

The hotel was easy to get to from the airport, we got an Uber which was cheaper than getting the taxi and quicker getting hotel transfer. The room was clean and beds very comfortable had a good night sleep during our stay. However we had a kettle and cups with tea bags but no milk and when we asked we got told that we had to purchase the milk ! Was not happy with that. We got an Uber to go to Dubrovnik old town which wasn't to expensive and was nice to come back to the beach. Cavat town is closed by and was a lovely walk
