エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。

従業員も親切で、プールも大きく、ビーチも近く、夜はコンサートやマジックショーなどの催し物があり、長く滞在したいホテルでした。

El personal era súper amable. Mención especial a las monitoras, que son excelentes. Angie se ganó el cariño de toda la familia. La comida está muy bien, con muchísima variedad. Las actividades diarias son muy divertidas y las actuaciones de muy buena calidad. Nos vamos encantados y repetiremos seguro.

Fabulous hotel. Clean and staff were extremely nice . So close to both main area of Costa adeje and PDLA. Food with all inclusive was fantastic for all meals with a great variety to choose from . All food finishes at 9 which is a bit disappointing as we were rushed to eat when we first arrived but at least we got something. 2 negatives however lifts are extremely poor, waiting ages on them so if your above floor 2 it's a nightmare to get to the pool area. The heated pool is very deep and shallow pool was extremely cold. Only small area for younger children and adults that can't swim to play in. Overall a brilliant my hotel would recommend to families

Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel.

Excellent location and property

Overall, decent facility for it's age. A few things that could be done to improve: 1. Elevator programming is strangely inefficient. Elevators would pass the floor you were waiting on. Wait times for elevators a too long. 2. The fitness center opening a 0800 is . . . a strange decision. The buffet doesn't open until 0730 so working out at 0600 would be great . . . if the gym was open. 3. Breakfast buffet should open no later than 0700.

Ho trovato tutti i servizi in linea alla categoria dell’albergo, come fiore all’occhiello mi sento di citare la cucina del ristorante per varietà e qualità, complimenti perché raramente strutture con così tanti clienti riescono ad avere questo livello nella ristorazione. Ottimi anche gli spazi destinati ai più piccoli, nostro figlio di 15 mesi ringrazia per il divertimento!

Reception staff - good easy check in and out. Hotel - very big (looks like one of the biggest in the area) there are lifts to get you from floor to floor, but there is quite a lot of walking from place to place. This is big old hotel, very well established and seems to have a number of repeat loyal guests.Bar/ Cleaning/Entertainment Restaurant staff -10/10.The facilities and public spaces are well maintained 9/10. Lots of spots dotted about to relax/read/play games etc. Hotel corridors 3/10 desperately need refurbishment, dirty looking carpet tiles, damaged skirting boards, paint coming off.(let the hotle down ...looks like a run down 3 star hotel) Bedroom condition 2/10 Like an old poor 3 star hotel. Not what you would expect when you pay for a 4 star experience. Scuffed floor, paint scuffed, peeling laminate of the units and skirting boards. We wondered of we had been given a bed room but when I expressed my concerns I was offered 2 other rooms but they were equally as rough and indeed of repair. The condition of our room didn't reflect the 4 star price we paid. Beds/mattress ok 7/10 Bedding 5/10 Soundproofing-5/10 Blackout curtains 6/10 Shower 10/10 Room towels 2/10 Water filling stations - 10/10 Food: 8/10 good buffet style food, lots of choice,some vegan/gluten All inclusive snack 10/10 bar open from Gym- 8/10 Fitness activities 10/10 - 10/10 -2 good-sized pools one more for kids. Exceptional welcoming from start till the check out but overall the service was super truly Breakfast has a huge selection , facilities such gym pool and games area were spot on! Room were squeaky clean every day by the staff really immaculate Will be back for sure

We returned for 5th time after trying other 4 and 5 star hotels in Tenerife . Our 6 year old and 8 year old just loved the heated pool with slides. Food is really lovely and high quality. Fresh juces in the morning and really enjoyable good quality restaurant style dinner. Restaurant staff are just amazing people. Children loved specially the pancake man - food artist making pancake art. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss. The entertainment team could be freed from show perfomance responsibility (they perform their own evening entertainment show 1 time in a week) as it interferes their motivation working for example in kids club etc. and the quality of the show could be more professional. But anyway… a strong recommendation for a lovely holiday.
