エアコンの効きや洗面所の排水は問題ありませんでしたが、湯沸かし器やコーヒーカップがありませんでした。また、冷蔵庫はありましたが冷凍機能なしでした。セキュリティBOXは使用料1日3ユーロかかるので使用しませんでした。部屋にシャワーはありましたが、浴槽はありませんでした。WiFiは鈍すぎて途中で何度となく切断されました。部屋は毎日綺麗に掃除されていました。バイキングの食事は品数が多く、美味しかったです。しかし、夕食時には水が有料だったり、デザートがあるのにコーヒーの提供がありませんでした（朝食時はあります）。ホテル周辺は海に近く、また、周辺にスーパーマーケットや食事できる店など多数ありとても便利でした。

従業員も親切で、プールも大きく、ビーチも近く、夜はコンサートやマジックショーなどの催し物があり、長く滞在したいホテルでした。

We returned for 5th time after trying other 4 and 5 star hotels in Tenerife . Our 6 year old and 8 year old just loved the heated pool with slides. Food is really lovely and high quality. Fresh juces in the morning and really enjoyable good quality restaurant style dinner. Restaurant staff are just amazing people. Children loved specially the pancake man - food artist making pancake art. Evening entertainment is a hit or miss. The entertainment team could be freed from show perfomance responsibility (they perform their own evening entertainment show 1 time in a week) as it interferes their motivation working for example in kids club etc. and the quality of the show could be more professional. But anyway… a strong recommendation for a lovely holiday.

Chambre propre, grande, belle vue… le seul point négatif pour nous était le matelas trop dur mais le reste est top !

We travelled with our family. Age ranged from 5 to 77. The hotel suited all our needs. A most helpful, caring and welcoming staff. Lots of activities for everyone.

Essen perfekt, super Auswahl und hervorragende Qualität!!!Zimmer werden langsam renovierungsbedürftig. Matratzen könnten auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Starke Gebrauchsspuren aber deshalb wird bei der Qualität der Getränke und des Essens noch nicht gespart. All In würde ich nicht empfehlen, da ÜF-und HP- Gäste sich ebenfalls unkontrolliert an den Selfservice- Stationen bedienen können. Kleine Frustration bei denen, die den Service teuer bezahlen!!! Naja beim nächsten Mal zu überlegen. Gerne wieder aber höchstwahrscheinlich im Star Prestige und Halbpension

Excellent hotel.. went with a 7yr old boy who loved the pool areas.. very sad leaving. The quality of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner was always top class. Went all inclusive and brillant decision. Bedroom was spotless and cleaned every day.. Staff were always polite and very professional. Already looking to book next yr

The bad bits: Its a shame as I paid extra for a partial sea view. I could only see the sea from the balcony if I stood up and climbed on the wall as we were the 1st floor and the view was blocked by a platform. Also one night was ruined by a bunch of drunk golfing lads next door (of course the hotel isnt to blame). Due to it being an all inclusive resort, youll inevitably meet these kind of people... I found the pool area to be designed in a crowded way. The sun loungers are very close to one another. Also despite there being 2 kids pools, the kids overrun the other pool with the pyramid. For improvement, they should attempt to make one pool adults only. Another issue is the lifts. Due to many floors, everyone uses the lifts and so you end up waiting SO LONG all the time to use them and theyre always crowded. Theres 4 main lifts in total which isnt enough for a hotel that accomodated probably 1000 people. The good bits: We only had B+B but theres a decent variety for breakfast, inclusing fry ups a d healthy alternatives. Although pick the early slot as its very busy later. The hotel is very clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Cannot fault the staff at all. The rooms are cleaned daily to high standards. The gym clean is decent enough but needs more benches!!! One isnt enough! The hotel has good amenities with 3 pools, a games room and also great location. Easy back exit on to the beachfront.

Really lovely hotel with amazing staff and great facilities particularly for the children with an incredible kids pool and kids club. The buffet restaurant had a fantastic range of food with lots of well marked options for dietary requirements such as vegan. Gym was well equipped and there were some nice activities arranged. The evening shows were fantastic.
