It was quite different from the pictures on the website.

Did not use the bar. The AC was very good

Clean and comfortable apartments, the beds were wonderful, the common areas could use a bit of update and a bit more of a regular clean. Breakfast that was offered was very generous. We enjoyed our stay.

Room is a dog box, not clean, the whole facility is filthy and run down, you wouldn’t pay $50 a night to stay there, better off staying at a back packers!

Clean modern Queen room. Quiet with good a/c and comfortable bed. Efficient check in and informed that room was dark. And yes while outdoor area was private and spacious it was completely enclosed so no natural light. Bit like sitting in underground carpark. But as a solo traveller, staying 2nights near family out all day it met my needs. Pool area and included breakfast added to pleasant stay.

Good size rooms for the price & good location but room could definitely do with some TLC very outdated & worn

Clean and quiet room.

Check in was delayed until 4pm. Room was fine, reception staff were friendly.

The room was fine house keeping was friendly but it was the front desk that stood out upon ny arrival and during my stay very friendly...

assigned 604 with non working aircon, shower clearly not cleaned, then to 207 with good aircon but same dirty shower condition. windows and shower screens dirty. limited breakfast ok but hoped for more. good central position for my needs, with shops nearby.

The wall tiles in ensuite need a good clean, appear to be stained, otherwise, all lovely & clean. The dryer problem was fixed by the maintenance man, he couldn't understand why they left the faulty dryer and just left the new one on the floor to be working unbalanced! It was handy to the shopping centre, although everyone got lost over there! Hand an enjoyable time thanks.

Our stay was okay overall. The room was basic but neat and tidy, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom was missing towels, bath mats, and face washers, which was a little inconvenient. A small improvement in amenities would make the experience much more comfortable.
