It was quite different from the pictures on the website.

Everything was good, except parking is a problem

The room was fairly empty and furniture was very old and falling apart. The balcony was dirty. The staff were never present

Clean room, great location, apartment very spacious

Carpet needs replacing - I arrived 7.00 gout out the uber and reception must have just shut - spent way to long on the phone and sending photos got into my room 20 + later. Capers stained in multiple spots and down to the banking very poor condition- noisy from next door until just before 12 and the light that came into the room through the front door hallway was bright overall not very pleasant experience

I stayed here for two nights. The room was fairly average and the bed was ok, parking was easy enough as well as checkin. However the tiled floor had a sticky residue and an unpleasant smell. Unfortunately, this really affected my stay, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Our stay here was excellent an added bonus having free breakfast was great, the staff were really friendly. The hotel was really close to the Westfield Chermside an easy work to local restaurants. The only problem I had was having an injury to my knees were the stairs, but I managed okay. I would stay again

Location to Westfield restaurants and bars was fabulous and short safe walking distance and room was clean and comfortable

I took the red eye from Perth and they let me check in very early Every thing was great from then on The staff were so friendly It’s worth the $30 Uber ride from the airport

Tv remote was broken and batteries were taped in, aircon remote had no cover over the batteries, all difficult to turn on and off...no shampoo or conditioner to use, I paid $224 for the night for an executive queen room, it was so small...won't stay here again not worth it

When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites.

The front desk staff were great and the house keeping staff were wonderful

Kitchen facilities were pretty good, balcony was excellent & almost as big as the apartment. But for the nightly price I expected it to be in better condition & have more comfortable furniture (bed was ok). The lounge was very low & for most mature adults , very difficult to get out of & dining chairs were metal. Again for price & bedding for 4 people I would have expected a 2nd bathroom or at the least a 2nd toilet. As a lot of people using these premises would be out of towners visiting the local hospitals I would expect reception staff to have knowledge of local bus routes & where nearest bus stop was, which wasnt the case on my stay.

The bathroom was dirty and mouldy in the corners. The mattress was old and sagging and badly stained. Several of the light bulbs did not work.

Not so good a stay. Bed comfortable. Did not match website claims.Hard to find any luxury or numerous other claims. Room on 3rd floor with very high concrete walls around covered patio giving no views or sunlight. Dark dungeon like bunker room. Pool area nice space when not windy.

Great spot for our needs. Big unit. A bit surprised to find only one bathroom for the price for a two-bedroom unit, but otherwise fine.
