Very convenient for our purposes. Staff were wonderful and helped us out with info and services. The shuttle bus to Suncorp was just a short walk around the corner and Westfield just across the road. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Great staff. Simple but great to have breakfast on sight. Lovely lady in dining area very helpful and kept it very clean.

Tetamu akan diminta untuk memberikan hartanah salinan ID foto yang dikeluarkan kerajaan mereka sebelum ketibaan. Tetamu mesti menghubungi hartanah terlebih dahulu untuk mendapatkan arahan daftar masuk dan maklumat peti simpanan. Kaunter penerimaan tetamu dibuka semasa waktu terhad.

Sadly we were very disappointed in the property. It was nothing like the photos whatsoever. Our 'deluxe' 3 bedroom was in very poor condition. I was embarrassed for the other members in our group that they had to stay there. In all honesty we would have left and gone elsewhere if we didn't have to be at an event that afternoon.

This place just got worse the more you looked. Open the door to the apartment the floors are dirty, open the fridge and rotten fruit still in there. Go to watch tv, no channels available due to no signal. But that’s ok we will just go for a swim, until we find clumps of hair in the pool.
Tried to discuss with reception and they were just plan rude, finally got someone to try and sort the tv but they just put it on auto tune and said this will work and walked away. Auto tune didn’t work so off to reception again and got told no other rooms available ( fair enough ) and they can’t get tv fixed over the weekend but said we could just get a voucher to stay at another time and would need to vacate immediately. I would never stay here again. So declined the voucher.
Went back to room to discuss with partner and decided to call Wotif to see our options. who then spoke to reception about these issues and they were promised they would get someone in to fix tv the next day. So they wouldn’t refund. We decided to stay and see what happens. Got back to room the next day after exploring Brisbane to find nothing had been done about the hair or the tv. This place will lie not just directly to your face but to the booking agents as well. Do yourself a favor and never ever stay here.

Our room had some form of liquid splattered up the wall, toe nail clippings on the patio and when I went to use a glass it had caked dried milk in the bottom of it. Mentioned to staff on departure wasn’t offered a discount. All you can smell is extreme curry as soon as you exit the lift. Parking spaces are very difficult to get in to.

Algumas surpresas! Como chovia muito, fui surpreendido à noite, enquanto dormia com forte " goteira" sobre minha cama. E como a portaria fecha ás 19 horas até às 07:00 da manhã! Dormi no chão! No dia seguinte após troca de quarto, foi tudo bem!

This place needs some love! The reception area is not vacuumed and doesn’t present well.
The rooms are dirty and lacking attention to detail. The bed was comfortable however we were missing pillowcases & bath towels. The staff were lovely but that doesn’t compensate for the one too many mistakes. Some pillows were lumpy. The toilet seat is too small so it slides when you sit on it. Breakfast outdoor area so dirty and not a place you’d like to eat. Breakfast was toast & cereal (branflakes were stale). Limited parking available undercover. A few changes and this property could be amazing but you have to spend money to make money. It’s very run down! Do yourselves a favour and spend your money elsewhere.
