Good location, closed to Westfield shopping mall including two supermarkets. There are bus station nearby and take for 20 mins to reach the town, convenient.

The property was perfect. Found the staff extremely helpful and it was exactly what we needed. Would definitely return for a second trip.

Shower was blocked so would have to turn off the shower every 1min to let it drain because the water would pool out from the bottom of the shower into the rest off the bathroom. Shower around the bottom was dirty and bathroom. They do not supply any shampoo or conditioner like hotels usually would so I had to go purchase my own.

Friendliest staff we have ever met, room and facilities whilst not new were very clean and the continental breakfast was excellent.

Two bedroom appartment only has air-conditioning in main bedroom room with a ceiling fan only in 2nd bedroom. Clean, basic furnishings. Liked the washing machine and dryer. Outdoor patio floor was dirty. Room was not serviced during our 5 night stay.

The staff were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. The free breakfast is terrific

The room was terrible. No bath towels provided, had to go to reception to get some. Something crawled over us in the night, turned the light on to find cockroaches crawling over the floor. Long black hair through the linen, even the extra blanket had cigarette burns.. a years worth of dust under the bed, no shampoo or conditioner provided. Spider cobwebs in the bathroom, the balcony was covered in moss and was slippery (unusable). We were only there for one night, stop over from our honeymoon before our next flight home. Did not get any sleep at all. We provided feedback to the staff in the morning and left. Will not be coming back !

Beautiful apartments. Perfect for our family. Definitely permanently on our list for Brisbane stop overs now.

We were there very early but unfortunately couldn’t get into our room until 1350.Hotel was notified ahead of time too. Stall were great though. Was advised not to use the poll as a basketball team was using it at the time. Would stay again
