When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites.

the room looked really neglected. the walls were scratched in the lounge. the dining room chairs were uncomfortable to sit on. the bathroom walls and back of the door was dirty and dusty. we had no toilet paper or milk or extra towels. No room service for the three days we were there. It did not feel deluxe at all. The front staff were great and supplied us with toilet paper and milk and apologised for not supplying us with those items.

I want partial refund. I paid for King Twin, but only 2 single beds. Fell off bed each night during very stressful moving week. Staff told me a King Twin only has 2 single beds, & apparently Twin has 2 single beds, no difference. Said it’s because I booked thru Expedia. Room right next to lift well, gears grinding, & on top floor, animals & birds on roof. The whole structure seemed unsafe as glass in windows kept making loud cracking sounds, could be lift movement & wind, but very discomforting. Staff unhelpful then said could rectify after 2 days but I had so many things to finalise with move, and luggage all opened, I had to leave each morning quickly to deal with movers, cleaners etc. Different person each night said he had to talk to supervisor. On checkout reception person said he offered to change but I stormed out. I just didn’t have time to argue as had other appointments. I should not have to request change, and actually found photo online of King Twin room from their website when they tried to tell me firstly King Twin just had 2 single beds. I want $50 per night refund x 4 nights please.

Location, staff, very nice apartment especially considering the budget rate. Very nice staff with excellent continental breakfast facility. Most certainly suggest this as best Chermside area accommodation. Modern, spacious, very clean and great in room amenities. Awesome for its cost.

Fantastic stay

Location was ideal for us on this trip. Handy to Chermside Westfield's and handy family living in the area.

Our room was quite dated and tired - for example the mattress had a massive visible divert on one side from use over time. The adjoining hallway and room smelt quite a lot but subsided after we put a towel over the bathroom floor waste drain. We weren’t able to get parking on site but there was cheap close parking right next door. Location was really convenient so close to Westfield Chermside and public transport.

Great location to Chermside shopping centre. The room was dirty and needed painting, marks on all walls. The complex was not clean. Would not stay again.

We always stay at this property- the staff are friendly and welcoming, great location! Highly recommend
