When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites.

We enjoyed the balcony and rooftop pool! Great location, walking distance to the mall and free parking available on site.

Check in was great and very friendly/easy going. Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Location was perfect. Undercover parking. Will definitely stay again

Was not worth $300 per night but the staff member (1) that I met was good

Staff were exceptionally nice. The pool was delightful. I sometimes visit hotel pools, but was in this one TWICE! The first time I had it all to myself. Room was nice and well stocked with all that I needed. The room was also very clean.

The room was quite dirty, with left over rubbish and glassware not cleaned. Dirty marks on the wall, outside door covered in face and hand prints. As soon as water on the foor was there it was incredibly slippery including coming down the very stained stairs to the pool. Staff were observed dragging leaking rubbish bags into the elevator with no warnings it stank and was still there upon returning. Staff at check out were lovely.

This is our second time stay and again we were totally satisfied with everything. Walking to shops restaurants and bars and very quiet and rooms are very comfortable and staff are accommodating and friendly. We’ll only ever stay here when we are in Chermside again or surrounds

Moved the bed to find something and it was dirty underneath!! Otherwise all good. Send some love to the staff for breakfast please

Neglected, understatement. Advertising nothing closely resembling pictures. Room 107 stunk so badly. For the amount charged per night, extremely underwellming. Only thing going for it was the location.

Picked this hotel as close to airport. Checked in late, which was fine and easy. Late pick up at airport, returned to room around midnight, no hotwater for showers. Thought no problem, should be some in morning. No hot water. Went and informed staff, he continued to smirk and stated he had hot water. Staff wanted to blame me for not calling anybody late at night. Area is also full of druggies, saw a number of deals happen out the front and near the McDonalds. Dont go there.

Good views of city and close the chermside shopping. Just lacks parking spaces.
