When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites.

We liked the location, the apartment was spacious, breakfast is handy. The washing machine and the dryer were dusty mouldy and old- the main two things that I needed with the kids, but couldn’t really use. Dishwasher in the kitchen didn’t clean the dishes well. The patio’s floor was v dusty. Air conditioner is dusty, internet and TV didn’t work well. Parking is super tight and not always available.

The drainage in the apartment bathroom was clearly blocked because

Good location, great staff, clean adequate room, amenties good as well. Nice community run breakfast, giving back to help others.

The male staff who does the free community breakfast high recommendation to him he is very professional and courteous as well. He was the best staff another one a lady was too judgemental I find this unprofessional as you enter into a foyer to stay at their place.

It was very clean and the staff were helpful, but there were so many maintenance issues. We ended up having to move rooms due to plumbing problem so I was not in the room with my children, and the door did not lock in our new room.

The location was pretty good and the lovely university student helping with breakfast was so friendly.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Great free inclusive breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Friendly reception staff.

We spent one night, no car. Five minute easy walk to Chermside Westfield shops. Big kitchen, well-stocked with cutlery and crockery.

Ontbijt was zeer slecht verzorgd. Er was brood om te roosteren met zoet beleg (jam en nutella). Geen kaas, vlees of ei. Wel 3 soorten seriels met melk. Helaas geen yoghurt. Koffie, thee en melk (ook amandel), Geen jus d orange of vruchtensap, wel water. Een appel of sinasappel als fruit na.
