When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could people can breathe there ? Balcony was long and wide L type but it was dirty so could not step in . We used the balcony as storage of our luggages. Bed itself was Okay. bathroom fittings were poor. we decided to move to another hotel giving up the money for 3 more nights we paid. My stay was terrible and want to remove it from my memory. The real happening is completely different from words advertised on agency web sites.

Very basic breakfast but filling (cereal & toast). Microwave in room wouldn't heat anything. But clean, tidy, and helpful staff.

Great place to stay

Our room was supposed to be serviced daily but it was only done on the days when we specifically asked for it to be serviced. In addition, the air-conditioner was difficult to turn on. I thought it was because the batteries in the remote control were old so I requested new ones. When we returned, we found the control unit on the bench but they were the wrong size. Whoever left them there, either hadn't bothered to try to install them, or realised they were the wrong size and couldn't have been bothered to do anything further. In addition, when the room was last serviced, they didn't bother to check the supply of toilet paper in the room so we ran out. In summary, I think the management/reception staff are fine and the general condition of the hotel is fine, but they need to seriously review whether they should change the staff/company that attends to servicing the rooms.

All good apart from Noisy fan in bathroom,loose taps.room clean and bed comfortable.

Very Convenient to Chermise shopping centre. The staff were great. We were always welcomed at breakfast and it was a great way to start the day.

Property is very close to Westfield..Walkable distance..Only draw back is parking get full if you come to hotel a bit late in the evening..

Musky smell in room Heat lamp bulbs missing from bathroom fan exhaust Front door latch catching and hard to open Bedhead loose or not attached to bed base TV remote batteries must be close to needing replacement as TV is hard to turn on and off. All considered okay value for the cheap price.

we flew in late at night and yes there were a couple of numbers to contact someone but as with many people they don't always have an active phone to use which can cause a problem. maybe the use of a what app may be the answer? for out of hours contact. Room clean cannot fault it Breakfast very welcome after a long flight. very happy with the price cannot fault it.

Our room was near the lift, so unfortunately, we had constant noise from this. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Great to have the two appartments together with big family, the best was the free breakfast for all every morning and good story behind it too

Very kind staff. Prior to arrival they arranged to have the keys available for us even though we were extremely late to check in. Parking was full due to school holidays, but they allowed us to park in their drive way and informed us they’d only contact us if someone couldn’t get past our car. Breakfast starts early and ends early but this is because it’s 1 person handling it. And they are so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious, bathrooms also huge. Price is much cheaper than other similar places and is located right near supermarkets and shops. There is a convenient Indian restaurant downstairs and even drive through McDonald’s behind the property. Only complaint is the wifi does not really work. You need to keep on connecting and even when connected it didn’t work. If you have your own eSIM or bring an Ethernet cable yourself, then you’ll be fine though.

Needs a face lift. Rooms very old

Everything about our stay here was seem less from the beginning until end. Car parking was great, beds were very comfy, each room has more than enough extra supplies, including dishwash tablets, cloths, tea towels etc.. Staff were super amazing and lovely. Love the whole idea of nobody eats alone too. Breakfast was delish and plenty of variety, not to mention the sweet tea-party decor. Such a lovely stay, enjoyed by our whole fam. Thanks

Staff are great. The room needed a good airing out , a very damp and musky smell to the room. There was milk all dried up on the floor near the fridge. The bed was very bad, dont stay in room 404! The 2 king singles were so worn out, I had a sore back and hips with in a day or 2. I placed all the pillows on the bed and did my best to sleep.

The apartment we changed to was great. Original room dark but great bathroom. 5min walk to shopping centre great. Indian restaurant next door great too.
