viewの変更をリクエストしていたら、ダブル2台の部屋予約がダブル+エキストラベッドの狭い部屋に変えられていた。 レートは同じで且つ低層かいでもあり、割に合わなかった。

清潔感があるホテル。

幻想的なロフトは圧巻でした。 朝日が見えて最高でした。

ドナウ川をのぞむとてもお洒落なホテル。 部屋は清潔でスタイリッシュ、アメニティはエルメスとラグジュアリーさ満載です。 スパがとてもお洒落でさすがソフィテル。 ただ入り口にドアマンが常備していないためタクシーから降りて荷物を自分でレセプションデスクまで持っていかなくてはなりません。 あと滞在中、雨の日がかなり多かったのですがホテルで傘の貸し出しをしてくれませんでした。 他のリッツやホテルザッハ―などは”ご自由に使用してください”と入り口に傘がおかれてあったのでその点が残念でした。

Bed was a normal double size even for a suite room, and quality was poor. Room lamps system is a riddle; with no manual or indication, very difficult to control. Wifi is too slow and 0.5 Mb/day, almost no use. Audios of Bose have no USB, bluetooth connections, so also no use. Elevator is noisy, vibrating, and first destination is cleared by the second input. Personnel are not so kind nor friendly.

立地は、ウィーンの中心よりやや北寄りで、離れていますが、苦になる距離ではないです。オペラなどを楽しむなら、リングの南側のホテルの方が便利だと思います。 最初にクレジットカードで、300ユーロのデポジットがありますが、食事等を利用しなければ、課金されることはありません。部屋は、白で統一された美しい部屋ですが、オープンして3年以上経過してることもあり、少しあせた感じがありましたが、気になるほどではありません。しかしながらコンパクトに纏められてはいますが、狭さも感じました。ベッドはとても広く快適で、冷蔵庫の中の水、炭酸水が無料でありがたかっです。 次も宿泊するか尋ねられたとしたら、値段があえばといった評価でしょうか。

Das Hotel ist an einer Top Lage, Ideal für ein Bummel Ausflug in die Innenstadt. Auch das Zimmer war Herrvorragend mit einer supper Aussicht! Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The positive points are the great view from the room and the good location. However, the service was very poor. The staff was unprofessional and made numerous small mistakes. For instance, they failed to deliver my luggage to my room. At breakfast, I was assigned to a table, only to find that someone else was also given the same one. I was also served the wrong tea. To make matters worse, I returned from breakfast around 9am to find housekeeping already in my room. While the hotel itself looks modern, it is poorly maintained. Many things were broken or out of order.

Clean spacious room, amazing view, close to attractions, friendly staff, and everything in the mini bar is complimentary!

Frukosten ok men man beställde kaffe och det tog tid att få. Dessutom vill man ju gärna ha mer än en kopp. Kändes som att man inte ville besvära personalen. Rummet var rent men sängen hård och mycket obekväm.
