部屋が快適。景色もよく、観光のための場所もよい。

viewの変更をリクエストしていたら、ダブル2台の部屋予約がダブル+エキストラベッドの狭い部屋に変えられていた。 レートは同じで且つ低層かいでもあり、割に合わなかった。

清潔感があるホテル。

幻想的なロフトは圧巻でした。 朝日が見えて最高でした。

ドナウ川をのぞむとてもお洒落なホテル。 部屋は清潔でスタイリッシュ、アメニティはエルメスとラグジュアリーさ満載です。 スパがとてもお洒落でさすがソフィテル。 ただ入り口にドアマンが常備していないためタクシーから降りて荷物を自分でレセプションデスクまで持っていかなくてはなりません。 あと滞在中、雨の日がかなり多かったのですがホテルで傘の貸し出しをしてくれませんでした。 他のリッツやホテルザッハ―などは”ご自由に使用してください”と入り口に傘がおかれてあったのでその点が残念でした。

View from the 18F restaurant is looking over the total city of Wien, supreme! A few minuets of access both from the terminal stop of airport limousine-bus, and port of Donau cruises. However, room, lobby, and front are all painted in a single color from floor to wall, desk, and ceiling; looks like a storehouse. Bed was a normal double size even for a suite room, and quality was poor. Room lamps system is a riddle; with no manual or indication, very difficult to control. Wifi is too slow and 0.5 Mb/day, almost no use. Audios of Bose have no USB, bluetooth connections, so also no use. Elevator is noisy, vibrating, and first destination is cleared by the second input. Personnel are not so kind nor friendly.

立地は、ウィーンの中心よりやや北寄りで、離れていますが、苦になる距離ではないです。オペラなどを楽しむなら、リングの南側のホテルの方が便利だと思います。 最初にクレジットカードで、300ユーロのデポジットがありますが、食事等を利用しなければ、課金されることはありません。部屋は、白で統一された美しい部屋ですが、オープンして3年以上経過してることもあり、少しあせた感じがありましたが、気になるほどではありません。しかしながらコンパクトに纏められてはいますが、狭さも感じました。ベッドはとても広く快適で、冷蔵庫の中の水、炭酸水が無料でありがたかっです。 次も宿泊するか尋ねられたとしたら、値段があえばといった評価でしょうか。

Warm welcome by staff members, rooms were great with an amazing bathtub, view over Vienna, clean and the bar was amazing! Centrally located , highly recommend!

Nous avons tout apprécié dans votre hotel La réception est parfaite avec une jeune fille Française très agréable et à la fois professionnelle et drôle, une chambre magnifique , le petit déjeuner excellent et un personnel très gentil et souriant. Nous avons adoré votre établissement.

Check in y check out muy fluidos, instalaciones impecables, staff muy amigable (destacamos a Nico con su calidez en los desayunos).

Alles war super, bis zum Check-out. Unser aufbewahrtes Gepäck wurde vom Concierge leider beschädigt und teilweise zerstört und bis heute trotz Versprechen nicht ersetzt. Enthalten war eine Flasche Wein, eine Spirituose, Kaffeebohnen und weitere Souvenirs. Die Tasche fiel dem Concierge herunter, das kann passieren und wäre kein Problem, wenn es wie versprochen ersetzt oder erstattet werden würde. Der Aufenthalt war am 30.12.,bis heute gab es trotz Versprechen weder entschädigung noch Ersatz. Und das sollen 5 Sterne sein, unglaublich.

The room felt like a prison cell. The paint was peeling off the wall. Service at the restaurant was not really service. And the light switches would turn everything off every time you tried to turn enough light on in my cell to see at night.

Excelente localização, possibilitando acesso a pé para muito dos pontos turísticos, quarto excelente - vista incrível da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom e ótimas variedades.. Staff atencioso. Único ponto a melhorar seria a qualidade da roupa de banho.

Stunning hotel, rooms huge, modern and clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for you, 50th birthday celebration and they pulled out all stops, excellent non hotel steakhouse to rear. Breakfast at hotel a must ! Massive selection, fantastic city views. This hotel is one of best I have stayed at an I intend to go back !
