We’ve just returned from a lovely stay at So Vienna. We stayed in a So Comfy room which was a really good size. It’s a very modern hotel, which feels a little at odds with Vienna but was still really nice. Great breakfast, both buffet and cooked options with good choices and a long service time (until 11ish). Staff were really friendly, helpful and polite. They provided a pillow menu which was great. The hotel was a great location as well. Whilst over the canal it was so close to all main attractions and ideal when Vienna is such a walkable city. We would highly recommend staying here.
Our only suggestion would be improved lighting in the rooms. The decor means they are naturally dark but there is no option to have a brighter light if needed, such as when applying makeup or packing your case. A minor thing overall however.

The staff at the hotel were very very cooperative.
We had a few hiccups initially , but it was taken care of immediately. A quick shout out to Daniel the asst Manager who went out of his way to resolve our issues . This was beyond our expectation. Thank you Daniel. We left feeling very happy and would definitely consider this hotel , if we visit next time.

viewの変更をリクエストしていたら、ダブル2台の部屋予約がダブル+エキストラベッドの狭い部屋に変えられていた。

ドナウ川をのぞむとてもお洒落なホテル。
部屋は清潔でスタイリッシュ、アメニティはエルメスとラグジュアリーさ満載です。
スパがとてもお洒落でさすがソフィテル。
ただ入り口にドアマンが常備していないためタクシーから降りて荷物を自分でレセプションデスクまで持っていかなくてはなりません。
あと滞在中、雨の日がかなり多かったのですがホテルで傘の貸し出しをしてくれませんでした。
他のリッツやホテルザッハ―などは”ご自由に使用してください”と入り口に傘がおかれてあったのでその点が残念でした。

View from the 18F restaurant is looking over the total city of Wien, supreme! A few minuets of access both from the terminal stop of airport limousine-bus, and port of Donau cruises. However, room, lobby, and front are all painted in a single color from floor to wall, desk, and ceiling; looks like a storehouse. Bed was a normal double size even for a suite room, and quality was poor. Room lamps system is a riddle; with no manual or indication, very difficult to control. Wifi is too slow and 0.5 Mb/day, almost no use. Audios of Bose have no USB, bluetooth connections, so also no use. Elevator is noisy, vibrating, and first destination is cleared by the second input. Personnel are not so kind nor friendly.

立地は、ウィーンの中心よりやや北寄りで、離れていますが、苦になる距離ではないです。オペラなどを楽しむなら、リングの南側のホテルの方が便利だと思います。
最初にクレジットカードで、300ユーロのデポジットがありますが、食事等を利用しなければ、課金されることはありません。部屋は、白で統一された美しい部屋ですが、オープンして3年以上経過してることもあり、少しあせた感じがありましたが、気になるほどではありません。しかしながらコンパクトに纏められてはいますが、狭さも感じました。ベッドはとても広く快適で、冷蔵庫の中の水、炭酸水が無料でありがたかっです。
次も宿泊するか尋ねられたとしたら、値段があえばといった評価でしょうか。

Ein sehr schönes zentrales Hotel, die Bahnanbindung ist super! Das Personal ist sehr gut geschult und sehr bemüht alle Wünsche umzusetzen.
Man merkt den 5 Sterne Service in diesem Haus definitiv. Die Kleinigkeiten machen es dann besonders. Gutes Kissenmenü, Minibar inklusive, Wasser zum Abschied, etc.. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass unser Zimmer an einigen Stellen schon ordentliche Gebrauchsspuren hatte und der „Auslass“ der Seifenspender öfters abgefallen ist. Diese könnten mal geklebt oder ausgetauscht werden.

The hotel was great, clean, services and had a lot of wonderful nice solutions as the interior and felt different from general hotels, in a positive way. Unfortunately some important issues were bad; worn out beds (king size bed) and electrical problems both in lamp system and also the sticks for charging. We got only electricity from only one stick. We asked for service, somebody had tried to repair but without success. Problem was still there in the evening. Second issue was the pricing of the breakfast, extremely expensive, seldom seen such a price. Therefore we decided to use the breakfast services near the hotel, many wonderful bakeries with fresh offers for an unexpensive cost. Hotel top floor restaurant had also extremely high pricing compared with any other place in Wien i.e. the historical centre or tourist areas.
