The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. You could walk into St. Stephan’s Cathedral. Felt safe.

Great location, nice room, amazing cocktail ar with view

Beautiful property, great location within walking distance to pretty much anything you want. Extremely clean and friendly. We just wish they would’ve had better hours for the spa because it didn’t open until after checkout and we only stayed one night. The suggestion for a 9 AM spa open would be great if anybody else loves to enjoy the spot too. The spa was beautiful, but we didn’t get to enjoy.

Hébergement à proximité des principales attractions et du métro, le restaurant à l’une des plus belles vues de Vienne sans l’ombre d’un doute! Seul bémol: le système d’info divertissement est lent et désuet. Pour tout le reste, je recommande vivement cet endroit!

Close to the center of the city

Really great hotel, the room was very spacious and large, and they put in an extra bed for our kid. Very clean, great location.

Great views from breakfast at the top of the hotel.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Amazing view of the city throughout the day and the night. The staff was amazing. We had a medical situation happen while staying and the staff was able to direct us to the help we needed. The rooftop bar was amazing and being a guest of the hotel let us skip the line. Amazing service. If I ever return to the city this is the only hotel I would stay in.

No complaints about the staff or the property itself. All 5's. However, I would not stay there again (and thus, the 4) because we didn't enjoy the interior room design. It was even more of a flat, all-gray concrete look than we expected. Felt like IKEA, just too much of the flat gray color everywhere and too blocky. The windows don't even have blinds or drapes, but just more gray blocks that cover them. Just didn't feel inviting or cozy in any way.

Clean, great staff

Very comfortable beds, bathrooms, loved the coffee machine in the room. The bar/breakfast room on the top floor is spectacular and breakfast delicious with lots on offer. Rooms felt a bit like bunkers, and style overall is quite dark and sultry, not the best option for young children as there isn't really anywhere for them to run around, but recommend for couples/solo travellers.

Absolutely excellent service from the front desk staff to the cleaning personnel. I highly recommend this location for your next stay in Vienna. You truly get what you pay for, and you won’t regret choosing this option.

We stayed at SO vienna from the 14th-17th March my Daughter took me for my 43rd birthday weekend. Hotel is spotless, food is beautiful, room absolutely gorgeous, soa delightful. Had a lovely stay even though it rained for the first 2 days it did not stop us exploring. Would definitely stay here again! Staff so attentive and the property is gorgeous! They even gave us a decent big umbrella each when it was raining, lifesaver as did not bring one. Upon check out gave us water for our taxi journey back the airport. Could not fault this absolutely beautiful property! Will definitely be back the view from our room amazing, the space & modern slick minimalistic design of the room fabulous. Also so much space! I liked the fact close to city and I will be back to SO Vienna I’m the summer! Definitely 5 star thank you for a wonderful stay
