Everything was as described

The location was great, as we were just passing through Calgary. The lobby was under construction and the pool was closed due to maintenance. The rooms were clean, and the desk staff were pleasant and gave us an upgraded room. Overall the stay was positive

I was really happy with my stay. Myka at the front desk was exceptional to get us checked in quickly into a fabulous room. Bed and couch were comfortable. The area around the hotel is also great with a superstore, Walmart, Costco and tonnes of eating places. Highly recommend:)

Room could have been a bit cleaner .... hairs in the shower ( black on edges around). Didn't meet expectations Had late check out requested till 1200pm ( not unreasonable and was told not in file) . Calling and saying notnin notes. After 1200pm Usually would expect a hint more Cleanlyness customer service, just general experience hope they care a little bit.

Dirty super busy and they don’t let tvs connect to wifi for security issues so no Netflix just basic cable.

Room was clean hotel was in a great location!

I online booked a family suite with one king bed and two single beds in a separate bedroom. When we got to the hotel after a 10 Hour drive,we were informed that that room was not available anymore. When I asked how that can be possible, I was told that other guest that had checked in earlier had probably gotten one of those rooms. After a 45 minute wait and argument, we were able to get a room with a king bed and a sofa bed for the kids. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my kids to the point that they could feel the springs poking through the mattress. I had also asked for extra pillows and towels multiple times and never got them. The bathtub didn’t drain properly. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work properly. The countertop in the kitchen is cracked. As compensation for the whole situation, we did get $50 worth of meal vouchers, but that was after a fight. I did feel sorry for the lady that checked us in, she did try her best to make amends, but on a Saturday night she was the only one working. They had a huge international convention taking place and apparently only 1 person was working the check in desk. It was also apparent that she wasn’t really familiar with the type of rooms that this hotel had available. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he won’t be on site till Monday as he doesn’t work weekends. I find that unacceptable that on a Saturday night when the hotel is fully booked with a big event, only one person is working to check people in.

The location was great. Hotel was close to the highway, grocery stores, restaurants, and Costco and only 20 min to the airport by car. The room was spacious, had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave oven and a spacious bathroom. The room was quiet, very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

I wish that breakfast would be included in that price, otherwise is recommended

No breakfast as included on the booking.pool was not used during the stay.people keep knocking on the door.

Nice rooms, many restaurants in area. Central to most things in Calgary.

Amazing

The room was really well laid out with a kitchenette, a “living room” area and a separate bedroom. The furniture, including the mattress was comfortable. The kitchen floor was a little sticky, not sure why. Not terrible but enough to keep me from giving it a 5 star rating - it may just have been cleaning solution residue. The duvet was so hot, and there wasn’t a lighter weight sheet or blanket so that made it hard to sleep comfortably. The shower curtain was too short and barely stayed in the tub. And the room in general was a little tired but it showed on the most in the bathroom with chipped paint, a cracked sink etc. This is a hotel with a lot of potential with some updates. It was a very reasonable price so for the price it was a good place to stay.

Excellent value. Place has cheap DIY laundry. Near an outdoor shopping mall and walmart, so very convenient.

Staff was nice. Swimming pool and hod tub area very clean.

Only stayed one night. The staff was great, room was clean and I loved the outdoor smoking area.
