It’s a good business traveller hotel

My experience at front desk was exceptional. I was exhausted and probably slightly annoying with my jokes and yet was humoured and happy with the service. Went for dinner in Moxies and staff there was also so lovely. Will stay again for sure

I always stay here when down in Calgary for business, super convenient location with easy access to arterial roads and a great selection of restraunts on site.

Staff very good, but room looked nothing like pictures and not clean. Cup ring marks all over the coffee table, dirty tiles in bathroom, un vacuumed carpet and the room needs major renovation, tiles missing on tub surround paint pealing on trim from wet floors in bathroom an no chance I would think of using the jacuzzi tub.

Lobby was nice, good food close by, room was dated, sheets gave me a rash.

the morning coffee is amazing, staff are friendly and helpful, room is great with sink, cutlery, and plates provided. it felt like an apartment, which felt more like a home, rather than a business stay. thank you!

There was no breakfast that I was aware of. I booked to stay with a pet. Generally, rooms for pets are booked on the lowest levels, close to outdoor washroom areas (for obvious reasons) and to minimize contact with other guests; that has been my experience. Here, that was not the case. We were on the second floor at a room on the other side of the building from the closest access to stairs and with elevator in the middle (medical condition, I have to avoid elevators). With an 8 mony old, very excited puppy this woukd have been more of a challenge, had he not been trained so well AND therewere so few people in the hotel. This latter portion also giving rise to the question of why we were given a room so far away for stairs and outside access. One last point, the front counter reception was amazing when we checked in but in the early morning, there was no one arou d to speak to. Easy place to stay (perhaps not with a pet who needs to go outside), was comfortable and very clean. Shower water pressure was okay but o ly o e setting.
